2.1. Safety precautions regulations and recommendations

The fulfilled gases are toxic! If it is necessary to get the engine in garage or other premise, provide good ventilation or necessarily open gate.

Starting repair or electric equipment service, at first necessarily disconnect a wire from the plug «–» the storage battery.

At movement накатом do not switch off ignition – can work the antijoy ride device in the ignition lock, blocking a shaft of a steering column. Your car can become uncontrollable!

Gasoline, antifreeze and nonfreezing liquid are toxic, therefore observe safety measures at car refuelling by technical liquids.

In system of release of the fulfilled gases it is established каталитический neutralizer. Consider that at work of the engine it heats up to temperature from above 600 °С. Therefore in order to avoid a fire at a parking watch, that under the car bottom there was no dry grass or combustible materials.

Operation of the car with burning lamp of emergency pressure of oil is forbidden: it should quickly (no more than 2) to light up only at engine start-up.

It is forbidden to work under the car lifted by a jack. Necessarily substitute under a support body.

It is forbidden to smoke and use an open flame at refuelling and car service.

It is forbidden to check generator work, having disconnected wires from the storage battery, and also working capacity of system of ignition «on a spark».

At lifting of the car by a jack necessarily include a lay brake and enclose under wheels from an opposite side a suitable emphasis.

Service and car repairs during a warranty period is necessary for spending only at servicing deports with an obligatory mark about work in coupons of the service book, differently you lose a guarantee on the car.

It is necessary to mean that the cars, even one model and let out practically simultaneously, possess the expressed specific features of behaviour on road. To use completely high-speed and dynamic possibilities of the car it is recommended in process of "accustoming" to it, comprehension of its character and only after passage by the car of the first 2000–3000 km with observance of the restrictions specified in subsection «Obkatka of the car».

Before a trip warm up the engine idling as work of not heated-up engine on the raised turns reduces term of its service. At inclusion of a starter the lever of switching of a transmission should be in neutral position.

Do not suppose work of the engine with frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft at which the arrow of a tachometre is in a red zone of a scale. Work of the engine with frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft at which the arrow of a tachometre is in a yellow zone of a scale, is quickly admissible.

Get under way from a place only on the first transfer.

It is forbidden to begin movement of the car with a place «on a starter». To touch the car from a place it is possible only on the first transfer at completely released lever of a lay brake, smoothly releasing a coupling pedal.

Do not exceed the norms of load-carrying capacity specified in a technical characteristics of the car: the overload leads to the raised deterioration of tyres and suspension bracket details, and also to loss of course stability.

Do not suppose movement on roads with poor quality of a covering on the raised speeds. "Breakdowns" of a suspension bracket by which movement in such modes, as a rule, is accompanied, lead to damage and deformation of knots of a running gear of the car. Thus also there can be damages and body deformations.

Regularly check pressure of air in tyres: the lowered pressure leads to intensive deterioration of tyres. The pressure difference in tyres in 0,2–0,3 атм leads to deterioration of controllability of the car.

The cars equipped каталитическими with neutralizers of fulfilled gases, it is impossible to fill leaded with gasoline. It will lead to a fast exit of neutralizer out of operation.

Regularly check a condition of protective covers of hinges of equal angular speeds (SHRUS), spherical support, hinges of steering draughts. It is necessary to replace the damaged covers, as water and a dirt will quickly put mechanisms out of action.

For refuelling use combustive-lubricating materials and the operational liquids recommended by manufacturer.

Regularly check a condition of plugs of the storage battery and fastening of wires on them. The weakened fastening or oxidation of plugs can put out of action electronic devices of the car.

Remember that plugs of the storage battery have different diameter – the positive plug more negative. Watch, that wires have been connected according to specified on their tips and plugs polarity.

At gymnastics of the storage battery directly on the car from an external source of a current necessarily disconnect it from the generator (remove from the storage battery the plug «+»).

Do not break carrying out terms kontrolno-osmotrovyh and procedural works. All works spend in full.

Style of driving and convenience of landing of the driver influence safety degree, therefore:

– Be necessarily fastened by a seat belt even if operate the car in a city;

– Be convinced that all passengers are fastened by seat belts, even on back seats. The passengers who have been not fastened by seat belts, in case of failure endanger themselves, the driver and other passengers;

– Adjust a driver's seat so that it was possible to reach any controls;

– Be convinced of free moving of all pedals;

– Do not get into the car in a drunken state. The use of alcohol, drugs and some medical preparations negatively affects sense organs, speed of reaction of the person, its driver's abilities and increases risk of creation of an emergency and trauma reception;

– Do not get into the car, if feel weariness. Stop for rest (not less often than through everyone 2) is more often;

– Conduct the car with the speed corresponding to intensity of movement, to weather and road conditions. Remember: controllability of the car, its brake qualities in a greater degree depend on coupling of tyres with a road covering. Sites of roads with свежеуложенным asphalt are rather dangerous. On wet road there can be an effect of hydroplaning, full loss of controllability in this case is possible;

– Observe instructions of signs on restriction of speed.
