1.9. Adjustment of position of a steering wheelOn the car the steering column regulated on an angle of slope is established. Before a trip adjust steering wheel position so that it was convenient to operate the car and that devices in a combination were simultaneously well visible.

THE NOTE
We recommend to regulate steering wheel position after you have established a seat in convenient position («Adjustment of position of forward seats» see).

THE PREVENTION
Regulate steering wheel position only on the standing car. If at adjustment attempt in movement you indistinctly fix a steering column and it will unexpectedly move, you can lose the control over the car.

For a choice of optimum position of a steering wheel lower blocking handle downwards...

... And after steering wheel installation in desirable position fix a steering column, having moved the handle to extreme top (initial) position.
