The arrangement of controls is shown on fig. 1.8.
The panel of devices
|
|
|
1 – the switch of external illumination. In the switch block mechanically connected two switches are established:
– The switch of dimensional fires (left). Consecutive pressing of a key of the switch switch on and off dimensional light in headlights and in back lanterns, at included dimensional light in a key the control lamp lights up green light;
– The switch of light of headlights (right). By pressing a switch key (the fixed position) headlights join. By repeated pressing a headlight key are switched off.

THE NOTE
Mechanical communication of both switches excludes possibility of inclusion of headlights without preliminary inclusion of dimensional fires and, on the contrary, does not allow to switch off dimensional fires at the included headlights.

2 – the switch of indexes of turn and light of headlights includes electric chains at the included ignition and has following positions of the lever 1 (fig. 1.9):
I – turn indexes the passing light of headlights if the button of the switch of light of headlights in the switch of external illumination 1 is pressed is switched off, included;
II – indexes of the left turn (unstable position) are included;
III – indexes of the left turn (the fixed position) are included;
IV – indexes of the right turn (unstable position) are included;
V – indexes of the right turn (the fixed position) are included;
VI – the headlight of headlights (on itself) irrespective of position of the switch of external illumination (unstable position) is included;
VII – the headlight of headlights (from itself) if the button of the switch of light of headlights in the switch of external illumination 1 (the fixed position is pressed) is included.

|
3 – the switch of sound signals. To include a sound signal, press any place of the central overlay of a steering wheel.
|
5 – the switch of screen wipers and washers of glasses includes electric chains at the included ignition and has following positions of the lever 2 (fig. 1.9 see):
I – cleaners and washers of glasses are switched off;
II – the faltering operating mode of a cleaner of a windscreen (unstable position) is included;
III – the faltering operating mode of a cleaner of a windscreen (the fixed position) is included;
IV – small speed of a cleaner of a windscreen is included;
V – the great speed of a cleaner of a windscreen is included;
VI – (on itself) the windscreen washer (unstable position) is included;
VII – the cleaner of glass of a door of a back (the fixed position) is included;
VIII – the washer of glass of a door of a back (unstable position) is in addition included.

|
6 – the alarm system switch. By pressing a switch key all indexes of turn and the control lamp established in the switch light up blinking light. By repeated pressing a key the alarm system is disconnected.
|
7 – the block of push-button switches consists from:
– The switch of 1 heating of glass of a door of a back. By pressing the switch button glass heating joins, the control lamp in the button simultaneously lights up. By repeated pressing the button heating is switched off;
– The switch of 2 forward antifog headlights (at their presence on the car). Antifog headlights include pressing the switch button at the pressed button of the switch of dimensional fires (item 1 see), the control lamp in the button simultaneously lights up. By repeated pressing the button antifog headlights are switched off;
– The switch of 3 back antifog lanterns. By pressing the switch button back antifog lanterns if the button of the switch of light of headlights (see item 1) is pressed join, the control lamp in the button simultaneously lights up. By repeated pressing the button back antifog lanterns are switched off. At deenergizing of ignition lanterns are switched off automatically;
– The switch 4 фароочистителя and фароомывателя (at their presence on the car). The switch button is not fixed, by its pressing if light of headlights is included, join фароочистители and фароомыватели. At release buttons these devices are disconnected;
– A reserve nest for the switch closed заглушкой 5.

8 – the block of control lamps. In the block following control lamps (fig. 1.10) are established:
|
|
2 – the control lamp of inclusion of blocking of interaxal differential lights up at blocking of interaxal differential in a distributing box;
|
|
3 – the control lamp of a condition immobilizerа displays a condition of the electronic block of the anticreeping alarm system;
|
|
4 – a control lamp of a condition of antiblocking system of brakes (at its presence on the car). At inclusion of ignition the system on 3 with passes in a mode of self-testing and the lamp lights up constant light. After the termination of a mode of self-testing the lamp dies away and lights up in movement at system work
|
|
9 – заглушка a reserve nest for the switch.
|
|
10 – заглушка nests for installation of a pillow of safety of the passenger.
|
|
|
|
11 – a ware box. At procrastination of the handle of the lock on itself the cover of a ware box opens.
|
|
12 – the block of management of system of ventilation and salon heating.
|
|
13 – a nest for radio equipment installation.
|
|
14 – the container for small subjects.
|
|
|
|
|
15 – the gear change lever. On the lever handle the gear change scheme is put.
|
16 – a control lever a distributing box. On the lever handle the scheme of switching of operating modes of a distributing box is put.
|
17 – the management block external mirrors (if mirrors with the electric drive are established).
|
18 – the block of switches of heating of forward seats (if heating is established on the car). The left and right keys in the block include accordingly heating of a seat of the driver and the forward passenger. By pressing a key of the switch heating of seats joins, the control lamp in a key thus lights up. The built in temperature regulator automatically maintains temperature of elements of heating of a back and a seat pillow in a range from +25 to +31 °С. By repeated pressing a key of the switch or at deenergizing of ignition seat heating is switched off.

19 – an ashtray for back passengers (depending on execution it can not be established).
|
|
|
|
20 – the lever of a lay brake. To brake the car a lay brake, lift the lever against the stop upwards. Red light the control lamp in a combination of devices Thus will light up. That растормозить the car, pull the lever a little upwards, press the button at an end face of the handle of the lever and lower it against the stop downwards. The control lamp should go out.
|
|
21 – a niche for small subjects.
|
|
|
|
22 – an ashtray. At откидывании ashtray covers simultaneous access to an ashtray and прикуривателю opens. For using прикуривателем press the button of a cartridge before its fixed position. Approximately through 20 about a cartridge with click comes back in a starting position, ready to application. For ashtray clearing press a plate of clearing of cigarettes and take out an ashtray from a nest. At the included external illumination an internal part of an ashtray and прикуриватель are highlighted by special lanterns.

23 – an accelerator pedal.

24 – the switch (lock) of ignition (fig. 1.11), united with the antijoy ride device, is located on the right side of a steering column. The key in the lock can occupy one of three positions:
0 – "is switched off". All consumers are switched off, the key is taken out. At the taken out key works locking mechanism of the antijoy ride device. For the guaranteed blocking of a shaft of a steering turn a steering wheel to the right or to the left before click. For antijoy ride device deenergizing it is necessary to insert a key into the switch of ignition and, slightly turning a steering wheel to the right-to the left, to turn a key in position «I»;
I – "ignition". Ignition is included, the key is not taken out, the steering is unblocked;
II – "starter". The key is not taken out, the steering is unblocked. It is reached by key turn clockwise with overcoming of effort of a spring. In such position the key is not fixed – for work of a starter it needs to be kept a hand. The ignition switch is equipped by blocking of inclusion of a starter at the working engine. For repeated inclusion of a starter after unsuccessful attempt of start-up translate a key from position «I» in position «0», and then again in position «II».

THE PREVENTION
Do not switch off ignition and do not take out a key from the lock during movement – the steering will be blocked also the car becomes uncontrollable.
|
|
|
|
|
27 – a cover of the assembly block. At откидывании covers access to safety locks and the relay of system of an electric equipment of the car downwards opens.
|
28 – the block of regulators. In the block of regulators two regulators are established:
– The electroproof-reader of light of headlights (left). Rotation of the handle of a regulator depending on car loading change an angle of slope of a beam of light of headlights so that to exclude blinding of drivers of counter transport. Combination of a motionless label and figure on the regulator handle provides corresponding adjustment of position of headlights at following variants of loading of the car:
1 – one driver or the driver with the passenger on a forward seat;
2 – all places are occupied;
3 – all places are occupied also cargo in a luggage carrier no more than 75 kg;
4 – one driver and cargo in a luggage carrier no more than 100 kg;
– A regulator of illumination of devices (right). At the included external illumination by rotation of the handle of a regulator change brightness of illumination of devices, symbols of keys of switches and a scale of the block of management of ventilation and salon heating.

|
|
29 – the lever of a drive of the lock of a cowl. Lever turn on itself unlock the cowl lock.

The arrangement of devices and control lamps in a combination of devices is shown on fig. 1.12.
In a combination of devices following devices and signalling devices are established.
|
|
|
|
1 – the index of temperature of a cooling liquid in system of cooling of the engine. On an index scale the divisions corresponding to temperature 50, 90 and 130 °С are put. The red zone warns about an engine overheat. If the arrow has passed in a red zone, it is necessary to stop, allow to the engine to cool down and eliminate the overheat reason.
|
2 – the tachometre of electronic type shows frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine. The scale has divisions from 0 to 80, the price of division 5. To learn frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft in mines-1, it is necessary to increase tachometre indications on 100. The shaded yellow zone of a scale means power setting with high frequency of rotation, a continuous red zone – modes dangerous to the engine.
|
|
3 – the control lamp of inclusion of the left index of turn (with an optical filter of green colour in the form of an arrow) lights up blinking light at inclusion of the left index of turn synchronously with it. The blinking of a control lamp with the doubled frequency signals about перегорании lamps in any index of turn.
|
|
4 – a control lamp of inclusion of the right index of turn (item 3 see).
|
|
|
|
|
5 – the speedometer of induction type shows, with what speed the car at present moves. The scale has divisions from 0 to 200 km/h, the price of division of 10 km/h. A speedometer drive electric from the gauge established on картере of a distributing box.
|
6 – the index of level of fuel of an electromagnetic principle of action works only at the included ignition. At the switched off ignition of the marksman settles down in the scale beginning. The scale has divisions: 0 – an empty tank, 1/2 – half of tank, 1 – a full tank.
|
|
7 – the control lamp of the minimum reserve of fuel in a tank (with an optical filter of orange colour) constantly burns at the fuel rest in a tank of 4-6,5 l.
|
|
8 – the control lamp of inclusion of dimensional light (with an optical filter of green colour) specifies in inclusion of dimensional light in headlights and back lanterns.
|
|
9 – the alarm lamp of an emergency condition of brake system (with an optical filter of red colour) lights up at falling of level of a brake liquid below a label «min» on a tank of the main cylinder of a drive of a brake.
|
|
10 – the control lamp of inclusion of a headlight of headlights (with an optical filter of dark blue colour) specifies in inclusion of a headlight of headlights.
|
|
|
|
11 – the button of dump of indications of the daily counter of the passed way, switching of indication of time and temperature of air and time installation.
|
|
12 – the indicator of run of electronic type. The top line of the indicator shows total run of the car, and bottom – daily run. Dump indications of the daily counter of the passed way, keeping the button 11 in the pressed position more than 5 with on the stopped car.
|
|
13 – a control lamp of a control system of the engine (with an optical filter of orange colour) «CHECK ENGINE» («CHECK up the ENGINE»). At a serviceable control system lights up after inclusion of ignition and dies away right after engine start-up.
|
|
THE PREVENTION
Lamp burning in various modes at car movement specifies in failure of any elements of a control system by the engine.
|
|
14 – a control lamp of inclusion of the alarm system (with an optical filter of red light). Lights up blinking light at alarm system inclusion.
|
|
15 – time and temperature indicator. Indication of time and temperature switch short-term pressing the button 11. After ignition inclusion at air temperature above +2 °С always there is time indication. At fall of temperature of air more low +2 °С the indicator during 3 with shows time, and then passes in a mode of the indicator of the temperature, operating the first 10 with in a blinking mode. At rise in temperature of external air above +3 °С and its repeated decrease to +2 °С:
– In case of indication of time it is automatically switched to temperature indication in a blinking mode in the first 10 with;
– In case of temperature indication the constant mode interrupts a ten-second blinking mode.
Establish hours and minutes in a mode of indication of time rotation of the button 11 in a direction of signs «h» ("hours") and «min» ("minutes").

THE NOTE
After switching-off of the storage battery and its subsequent connection time readout begins from zero value.
|
|
16 – the alarm lamp of the category of the storage battery (with an optical filter of red colour) lights up at ignition inclusion. Right after start-up of the engine the lamp should go out. Burning of a lamp or its luminescence dimly at the working engine specifies in absence зарядного a current, caused by malfunction of the generator or a pressure regulator, and also a weak tension (or breakage) a belt of a drive of the generator.
|
|
17 – the control lamp of inclusion of a lay brake (with an optical filter of red colour) lights up at the included ignition if the car is braked by a lay brake.
|
|
18 – the alarm lamp of emergency pressure drop of oil (with an optical filter of red colour) lights up at inclusion of ignition and warns that pressure in system of greasing of the engine below norm.
|
|
THE PREVENTION
Movement of the car with burning lamp is forbidden.
|
|
|
|
