The drive of management of the gear change mechanism consists of the lever 6 (fig. 5.4) gear changes, a spherical support, draught 2, a tip of draught 23.

Oil replacement in a transmission
According to the service book in a box it is necessary to replace oil through 45 thousand in km of run.

       GOOD ADVICE
To merge oil it is recommended during 15 mines after a trip while it has not cooled down also rather liquid.

It be required to you: a key «on 17», шестигранник «on 12», capacity for oil plum.
1. Substitute capacity under an aperture for plum of oil from crankcase transmissions.
2. For simplification plum turn out маслозаливную a stopper.
3. Turn out a drain stopper and merge oil.
4. Clear a drain stopper of pollution and metal particles and wrap it into place.
5. At strongly polluted merged oil or presence of mechanical impurity in it wash out a transmission:
- Fill in in картер 0,9 l промывочного oils and establish a stopper маслозаливного apertures into place;
- Will hang out one or both back wheels, include I transfer and start up the engine on 2-3 mines;
- Merge промывочное oil;
- Wipe a stopper маслосливного apertures and establish it into place.
6. Fill by means of a syringe (or the adaptation shown on a photo) картер transmissions with fresh oil. Fill in oil to level маслоналивного apertures (1,6).
7. Establish a stopper маслоналивного apertures into place.

Replacement of an epiploon of a secondary shaft
Constant decrease in level of oil in картере transmissions can be caused loss of tightness of consolidation of a secondary shaft of a transmission.
It be required to you: a key «on 30», a screw-driver, оправка, a hammer.
1. For replacement of an epiploon of a secondary shaft remove an intermediate shaft of transmission (Removal and installation of an intermediate shaft »see«).
2. Remove a sealant of an aligning ring.
3. Turn away a nut of fastening of a flange elastic муфты.

THE NOTE
Pay attention to aligning ring. On a measure отворачивания nuts you will press a ring.

4. Remove aligning ring.
5. Remove a lock washer.
6. Remove a flange.
7. Hooking a screw-driver, take an epiploon from a back cover of a transmission.
8. Put hermetic on a new epiploon.
9. Запрессуйте an epiploon in a back cover through approaching the mandrel.

       GOOD ADVICE
In the absence of approaching send it is possible to use for запрессовки an old epiploon.

10. Establish all removed details and an intermediate shaft in an order, the return to removal.

Removal and transmission installation
The basic malfunctions for which elimination it is necessary to remove a transmission from the car:
- Raised (in comparison with habitual) noise;
- The complicated gear change;
- Spontaneous deenergizing or indistinct inclusion of transfers;
- Oil leak through consolidations and linings.
Besides, the transmission is necessary for removing for replacement of coupling, the forward bearing of a primary shaft of a transmission, a flywheel and a back epiploon of a cranked shaft of the engine.

Work on removal and transmission installation is rather labour-consuming, therefore be preliminary necessarily convinced that its malfunctions are not caused by other reasons (insufficient level of oil, defects of a drive of coupling, easing of fastening of a box and its covers, etc.).

It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», шестигранник «on 12», a screw-driver, пассатижи.
1. Establish the car on a viewing ditch or the lift.
2. Disconnect "a minus" wire from the storage battery.
3. Merge oil from a transmission (oil Replacement in a transmission »see«).
4. Remove forward propeller a shaft (Removal and installation карданной transfers »see«).
5. Remove an intermediate shaft (Removal and installation of an intermediate shaft »see«).
6. Disconnect wires from the switch of lanterns of a backing.
7. From within salon hook a screw-driver and shift upwards a cover of the lever of a gear change.
8. Turn away the handle from the lever and remove it together with a cover.
9. Turn away a nut of fastening of a basic plate of the mechanism of a gear change.
10. Remove a back support of the power unit («Replacement of support of a suspension bracket of the power unit» see).
11. Turn away a nut of a coupling bolt of a collar of fastening of draught of the mechanism of a gear change.
12. Turn out three bolts of fastening of an arm of a basic plate and remove a drive of the mechanism of a gear change.
13. Turn out bolts of fastening of a guard crankcase couplings.
14. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling to картеру couplings and remove the cylinder, without disconnecting it from a hose (the cylinder it is necessary to hang on a hose).
15. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a starter (the third bolt in a photo is not visible).
16. Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability (Removal and installation of the stabilizer of cross-section stability »see«).
17. Remove a reception pipe («Replacement of a reception pipe» see).
18. Turn out four bolts of fastening crankcase couplings to the engine.

       THE NOTE
The assistant should hold a back part of a transmission.

19. Remove a transmission in gathering with картером couplings.

       THE NOTE

20. Establish a transmission in an order, the return to removal.
21. Fill in oil in a transmission.

Transmission dismantling
Dismantling and transmission repair are required at following malfunctions.
1. The raised noise in a transmission:
- Deterioration of bearings;
- Deterioration of teeths of gear wheels and synchronizers;
- Axial moving of shaft.
2. The complicated gear change:
- Deterioration of the spherical hinge of the lever of a gear change, absence of greasing in knot;
- Deformation of the lever of a gear change;
- Agnails, curvature, pollution of nests of rods, jamming of blocking crackers;
- Pollution шлицев sliding муфты and naves;
- Deformation of plugs of a gear change.
3. Spontaneous deenergizing or indistinct inclusion of transfers:
- Deterioration лунок under balls on rods, breakage of springs of clamps;
- Deterioration of a blocking ring of the synchronizer;
- Breakage of a spring of the synchronizer;
- Deterioration of teeths муфты the synchronizer or a gear wreath of the synchronizer.
4. The lowered level or oil leak:
- Deterioration of epiploons of primary and secondary shaft;
- Easing of fastening of covers crankcase transmissions, damage of sealing linings;
- Fastening easing crankcase couplings to картеру transmissions.

       THE NOTE
The listed malfunctions can be caused other reasons which elimination does not demand removal and transmission dismantling. As works on removal and transmission dismantling are rather labour-consuming, will pay to diagnostics of malfunctions steadfast attention and be convinced of unconditional necessity of such repair.

It be required to you: screw-drivers (two), replaceable heads «on 13», «on 17», the extension piece, вороток, keys «on 10», «on 13» (two), «on 17», «on 19», «on 30», a shock screw-driver, a stripper of lock rings, a hammer, universal strippers.

Merge oil from crankcase transmissions if you have not made it at its removal from the car.

1. Turn away three nuts of fastening of the case of the mechanism of a choice of transfers and...
2.... Remove the mechanism.
3. Remove a sealant of an aligning ring.
4. Keeping from проворачивания a flange elastic муфты, turn away a nut of fastening of a flange. Turning on a nut, you simultaneously will press aligning ring from a secondary shaft.
5. Remove a lock washer.
6. Remove a flange elastic муфты.
7. Turn on two nuts of fastening of an arm of a reception pipe and...
8.... Remove an arm.
9. Turn away ten nuts of fastening of the bottom cover to картеру.
10. Hook a screw-driver and uncover and the lining located under it.
11. Turn away a nut of fastening of the back cover, located from the inside crankcase.
12. Turn on outside five nuts of fastening of a back cover and...
13.... Shift a back cover from hairpins crankcase transmissions.

       GOOD ADVICE
To facilitate cover removal...
... Move a rod forward.

14. Having taken away a back cover back and turning approximately on 30 ° clockwise, remove it.
15. Remove an internal ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft, the remote plug and маслоотражательную a washer.
16. Remove the bearing of deenergizing of coupling («Replacement of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling» see).
17. Remove a cover of a plug of deenergizing of coupling with crankcase, accurately hooking a cover a screw-driver, and remove a plug with a cover, having turned it on 90 °.

Do not lose a remote ring which is established between the bearing and an epiploon.



71. Take an epiploon of the back bearing of a secondary shaft from a back cover of a transmission.
72. Establish the block of gear wheels of V transfer and a backing in a vice and press the bearing c the help of the big screw-driver, making effort its internal ring.

Dismantling and assemblage of a primary shaft
It be required to you: a stripper of lock rings, a screw-driver, a hammer.
So the primary shaft in gathering (the arrow specifies a fastening place in a vice at dismantling) looks: 1 - a primary shaft; 2 - a lock ring; 3 - the bearing; 4 - a blocking ring of the synchronizer; 5 - a lock ring; 6 - the needle bearing of the forward end of a secondary shaft.
1. Establish a shaft in a vice and remove a lock ring, holding blocking ring of the synchronizer.
2. Remove blocking ring of the synchronizer.
3. Remove a synchronizer spring.
4. Change position of a shaft in a vice, оперев it to an external ring of the bearing, and, without clamping, remove an external lock ring.
5. Remove a lock ring from a shaft.
6. Remove from a shaft a spring washer.
7. Having changed position of a shaft in a vice and having pressed the bearing downwards, remove the bearing from a shaft.

       THE NOTE
Effort put to an internal ring of the bearing.

8. Collect a shaft in an order, the return to dismantling.

7. Change position of a shaft in a vice, press the plug of a gear wheel of I transfer and remove it from a shaft.

       THE NOTE
The backlash should be 0,05-0,10 mm. A maximum permissible backlash - 0,15 mm. If the backlash exceeds maximum permissible, replace the worn out details.
Spring conic washer establish so that its cone has been turned outside.

Dismantling and assemblage of the mechanism of a choice of transfers
It be required to you: a key «on 10», a screw-driver, a hammer, small beards.
1. Remove the mechanism of a choice of transfers («transmission Dismantling» see).
2. Remove a collar from draught of the mechanism.
3. Remove a cover of draught of the mechanism.
4. Beat out an axis of the hinge of draught.
5. Remove the hinge from the lever of a choice of transfers.
6. Take out a hinge axis.
7. Take out plugs of an eye of draught. If necessary replace them.
8. Remove a protective cover of the case of the mechanism and a spring.
9. Remove lock and...
10.... Sealing rings. If necessary replace rings.
11. Remove a spherical washer.
12. Turn away three nuts of fastening of a flange of the lever of a choice of transfers.
13. Remove a flange, a sealant and two linings of the lever.

Dismantling and assemblage of a drive of the mechanism of a choice of transfers
It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», a screw-driver.
1. Remove a drive of the mechanism of a choice of transfers (Removal and transmission installation »see«).
2. Turn on two nuts of fastening of an arm to a basic plate.
3. Take from apertures of a plate of the plug. Do not lose them at assemblage.
4. Remove protective covers.
5. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the case of the lever to a basic plate.
6. Remove the top part of the case of the lever.
7. Turn out two bolts of fastening of an overlay of blocking of a backing to the case of the lever and...
8.... Remove an overlay.
9. Remove пассатижами a lock ring and take out a spherical support of the lever from the case of a spherical support.
10. Remove a sealant from a spherical support and...
11.... Examine it. If necessary replace sealing rings.
12. Turn away a nut of an axis of the lever of a gear change.
13. Take out an axis and disconnect the lever.
14. Turn out the screw of fastening of a blocking emphasis and remove it.
15. Turn away three nuts of fastening of the case of a spherical support and...
16.... Remove it. Take out a spring. Examine it and if necessary replace.
17. Collect a drive of the mechanism of a choice of transfers in an order, the return to removal.

Дефектовка transmission details
Before survey carefully clear details a brush, wash up their kerosene, blow and dry compressed air.
1. Check up a condition crankcase couplings. On картере there should not be cracks and other mechanical damages.
2. Check up a condition of the directing plug выжимного the coupling bearing. On its surface wear tracks, presence рисок, etc. are not supposed
3. Check up a condition crankcase transmissions. On it there should not be cracks and other mechanical damages.
4. On surfaces of interface with картером couplings, and also with back and bottom covers should not be the damages causing leak of oil.
5. On surfaces расточек under bearings there should not be damages, and also traces проворачивания external rings of bearings.
6. Check up a condition of a back cover of a transmission. Presence of mechanical damages, cracks, etc. is not supposed
7. Check up a condition of details of a primary shaft: a blocking ring of the synchronizer of IV transfer, a spring of a blocking ring, the bearing, spring and lock rings. Faulty details replace.
8. On шлицевой surfaces of a primary shaft should not be wear tracks, and also задиров, worsening free moving of a conducted disk of coupling. On a gear wheel there should not be damages and traces of visible deterioration of teeths.
9. Check up a surface condition качения bearing needles in an aperture of a primary shaft.
10. Check up a condition of a secondary shaft: on its working surfaces and шлицах damages and visible deterioration are not supposed. On surfaces качения rollers should not be roughnesses and задиров.
11. Check up a condition of the plug of a gear wheel of I transfer. Visible deterioration on an external surface of sliding is not supposed.
12. Check up a condition of gear wheels 1 - on a working surface of teeths should not be выкрашиваний and traces of visible deterioration, and also the condition of blocking rings of 2 synchronizers - is not supposed considerable deterioration of a surface of a friction and end faces of teeths.
13. External surfaces of naves of synchronizers should not have забоин and the deterioration, complicating moving on them муфт synchronizers.
14. Check up a condition of end faces муфт synchronizers, and also a condition ring the protocheck for an inclusion plug. Visible deterioration is not supposed.
15. Check up a condition of bearings of shaft of a transmission. Turning one of bearing rings, check up ease of its rotation and whether there are no axial and radial backlashes.
16. Check up epiploons: damages, traces of visible deterioration (more than on 1 mm), roughnesses on working surfaces (edges) are not supposed.
