The twisting moment is transferred to forward wheels from a reducer of the forward bridge through the right and left drives. Both drives are identical on a design. Each drive consists of a shaft 4 (rice 5.9) and two hinges of the equal angular speeds established on it шлицевых the ends.


The case of the internal hinge 1 is connected to a semiaxial gear wheel of a reducer of the forward bridge. The case of the external hinge 13 is connected to a nave of a forward wheel. The holder 11 is connected to the case 13 through balls 10 which are located in case and holder grooves.

Removal and installation of drives of forward wheels
It be required to you: keys «on 13», «on 17», «on 27», a key for nuts of wheels.
1. Disconnect forward propeller a shaft from a reducer of the forward bridge (Removal and installation карданной transfers »see«).
2. Will hang out the car and remove forward wheels.
3. Disconnect shock-absorbers from the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket («Replacement of the shock-absorber of a forward suspension bracket» see).
4. Turn on on three nuts of fastening of cases of bearings of the internal hinge of the right and left drives.
5. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the right cover of the bearing of a reducer of the forward bridge to a cross-beam of a forward suspension bracket.
6. Turn away four nuts of fastening скоб suspension brackets of a reducer of the forward bridge.
7. Turn away a nut and remove a bolt of fastening of the left cover of the bearing of a reducer of the forward bridge to a cross-beam of a forward suspension bracket.
8. Raise a reducer of the forward bridge and fix it in this position by any accessible way.
9. Remove a cap of a nave of a forward wheel and turn away a nave nut.
