The distributing box is intended for twisting moment change on size and its distributions between forward and back leading bridges. On the car the two-level distributing box with interaxal blocked differential is established. 1. Turn out a drain stopper and merge oil.	2. Wrap a drain stopper and turn out the jellied.

3. By means of a syringe fill in fresh oil to level of the bottom edge of a jellied aperture.

4. Wrap a jellied stopper.

1. Merge oil from a distributing box (oil Replacement in a distributing box »see«).

2. Disconnect from a distributing box corresponding propeller a shaft (Removal and installation карданной transfers »see«).

3. Turn on самоконтрящуюся a flange nut, preliminary having blocked differential of a distributing box and having included transfer.

THE PREVENTION The reuse самоконтрящихся nuts is not supposed, replace their new!

4. Remove a nut and a washer.	5. Remove from a shaft a flange.

6. Take an epiploon by means of a screw-driver.	7. Put hermetic on a landing surface of a nest in картере under an epiploon, oil a working edge of an epiploon and запрессуйте an epiploon approaching оправкой.

THE PREVENTION Epiploons of shaft of a distributing box have the identical landing sizes, but opposite directed маслосгонные notches. At installation be guided in a direction of rotation of the shaft, specified on an epiploon.

8. Establish the removed details in an order, the return to removal.

1. Turn away three nuts of the case of a drive of the gauge of speed and...	2.... Remove the case.

THE PREVENTION Under the drive case the cardboard sealing lining can be established. Strongly pressed out or damaged lining replace.

3. Take from the case a drive shaft in gathering with a gear wheel and an epiploon.

4. Replace faulty details and establish a drive in an order, the return to removal.

GOOD ADVICE For the best consolidation of interface of case details grease them, and also a sealing lining (at presence) with hermetic.

It be required to you: keys «on 13», «on 17».

1. Establish under a distributing box a support.

2. Turn away a fastening nut to a body of a cross-beam of a back support of a distributing box.	3. Turn away a nut...

4.... Take a bolt and...	5.... Remove a cross-beam in gathering with a support pillow.

6. For pillow replacement turn on two nuts of bolts of its fastening.	7. If necessary also replace rubber plugs of a cross-beam.

8. For replacement of a pillow of lateral fastening of a distributing box turn away a nut of an axis of fastening of a box...	9.... Two nuts of fastening of a pillow to a body and...

10.... Remove a pillow. The second pillow remove similarly.

11. Establish details in an order, the return to removal.

The key «on 27» is required to you.

THE PREVENTION To replace the switch of a control lamp of blocking of differential it is possible only on the distributing box removed from the car as not enough place for using a key is direct on the car.

1. Remove a distributing box (Removal and installation of a distributing box »see«).

2. Ослабьте an inhaling of the switch and...	3.... Turn out it from crankcase boxes.

4. Establish the switch in an order, the return to removal.

It be required to you: keys «on 13», «on 17».

1. Disconnect from a distributing box all cardan shafts shaft (Removal and installation карданной transfers »and« Removal and installation of an intermediate shaft »see«).

2. In car salon disconnect a cover of the lever of a distributing box from a casing of a tunnel of a floor and...	3.... Remove a cover together with the lever handle.

4. Remove a rubber cover of the lever.	5. Turn away a fastening nut to a body of the left lateral pillow of a suspension bracket of a box and ослабьте nuts of fastening of other pillows.

6. Disconnect wires from the switch of a control lamp of blocking of differential.	7. Substitute under a distributing box a support, turn away other nuts of fastening of pillows and...

8.... Remove a distributing box.

9. Establish a distributing box in an order, the return to removal.

It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», «on 17», «on 24», «on 27», a screw-driver, a stripper of lock rings, a stripper of bearings, tweezers, выколотка, a chisel, a vice with sponges from soft metal.

1. Merge oil from a distributing box (oil Replacement in a distributing box »see«) and remove it from the car (Removal and installation of a distributing box »see«).

2. Hook a screw-driver запорную the plug and remove a core of a control lever a box.	3. If распорная the plug and a rubber ring are worn out, remove them from the lever, having unclenched petals распорной plugs.

4. For return installation of a core of the lever establish in a lever core распорную, запорную plugs and a rubber ring in an order, to return their removal.	5. Remove a lock ring and take an axis of the lever of the mechanism of management.

6. Turn away a bolt of an axis of a plug and...	7.... Remove the management mechanism.

8. Check up and if necessary replace plastic plugs of the lever, clear and grease консистентной with greasing all hinges of the mechanism.	9. Turn out the switch of a control lamp of blocking of differential from crankcase a distributing box.

10. Turn away a nut of fastening of an arm of a control lever and...	11.... Remove it.

12. Turn away a nut of fastening of a plug in an arm and...	13.... Disassemble an arm. The worn out or damaged details replace.

14. Turn away a nut of fastening of a lateral cover...	15.... Uncover and the lining established under it.

THE NOTE Strongly pressed out or torn lining replace, having greased it before installation by a thin layer of hermetic from both parties.

18. Turn a rod about the axis and smoothly put forward it from crankcase till the moment of occurrence of a ball of a clamp. Tweezers take out a ball and...

25. Take a spring of a clamp of a rod of blocking of differential.	26. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a plug of blocking of differential.

27. Take away a protective cover of a rod from crankcase and...	28.... Putting forward a rod, incline a distributing box forward so that the clamp ball has rolled down in картер a drive of the forward bridge. Definitively having taken out a rod, remove from it a plug, and then get a ball from crankcase.

29. If necessary replace a sealing ring of a rod.	30. Turn away five nuts of fastening crankcase a drive of the forward bridge...

31.... A screw-driver separate it from crankcase a distributing box and...	32.... Remove картер.

33. Remove муфту differential blocking.	34. Remove a lining or remove its rests.

35. Disassemble a drive of the forward bridge for what fix a shaft in a vice with soft sponges, turn on самоконтрящуюся a nut of a flange of a drive of the forward bridge and remove the washer established under it.

36. Remove a flange.	37. By means of a stripper remove a lock ring and...

38.... Take a shaft from crankcase in gathering with the bearing.	39. Remove from a shaft маслоотражательное and persistent rings. The further dismantling of a shaft is described more low.

40. Turn away a nut of fastening of an arm to the case of a distributing box, and then other nuts of fastening of a back cover of a box.	41. A screw-driver separate a back cover from crankcase boxes and...

42.... Uncover together with shaft of a drive of the back bridge.	43. For dismantling of a back cover fix a shaft in a vice with soft sponges and turn on самоконтрящуюся a flange nut.

44. Remove a nut, a washer and a flange.	45. Remove a lock ring from the interior of a cover and...
