8.13. Removal and dismantling of pedal knotPedal knot remove for replacement of the worn out or damaged details.

THE NOTE
To remove coupling and brake pedals it is possible without removing pedal knot. If it is necessary for you to replace plugs or springs of pedals, do it on the established pedal knot.

1. For removal of a pedal of coupling remove lock скобу from an axis of a pedal of coupling...
|
|
|
|
|
2.... Take out an axis of a pedal of coupling and...
|
3.... Remove a returnable spring.
|
|
|
|
4. Remove a pedal and take out plastic plugs. If plugs are not taken out by a hand, hook their screw-driver.
|
|
5. Examine plugs and a spring, if necessary replace.
|
|
6. Establish a pedal in an order, the return to removal.
|
|
7. Remove and establish a brake pedal similarly. Difference that it is necessary to disconnect a pusher of the vacuum amplifier from a pedal (see subitem 11-12).
|
|
8. For removal of pedal knot remove a steering wheel and a steering shaft («Replacement of a shaft of a steering» see)...
|
|
9.... Remove the panel of devices (Removal and installation of the panel of devices »see«)...
|
|
10.... Disconnect wires from the stoplight switch...
|
|
|
|
|
11.... Remove lock скобу from a finger of a pedal of a brake.
|
12. Take out a finger of a pedal of a brake, having disconnected thereby a pusher of the vacuum amplifier from a pedal.

|
|
|
13. Remove a lock washer from a finger of a pedal of coupling.
|
14. Remove from a finger of a pedal a pusher and...
|
|
|
|
|
15.... The plug.
|
16. Turn away a nut of fastening of an arm of a steering column and...
|
|
|
|
|
17.... Remove an arm.
|
18. Turn away a nut of fastening of pedal knot.
|
|
|
|
|
19. In a motor compartment turn on two nuts of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling and remove the cylinder from hairpins of pedal knot, without disconnecting from the cylinder pipelines.

20. Remove pedal knot.
|
|
21. Establish pedal knot in an order, the return to removal.
