8.9. Replacement of hoses and pipelines of a hydrodrive of brakes

Replace hoses and pipelines if on them damages (see «Check and adjustment of brake system») are found out. Besides, we recommend профилактически to replace hoses after each 60 thousand in km of run or in 3 years of operation of the car even if they outwardly have no damages. Rubber of hoses grows old, and they can unexpectedly burst at braking.

It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 14», «on 15», «on 17», пассатижи, a screw-driver.

On the car four brake hoses are applied: two (back) – for connection of pipelines on картере the back bridge and...

... Two lobbies – for connection of pipelines with brake cylinders of forward brake mechanisms.

1. On картере the back bridge, keeping a key 2 from проворачивания the union of a back hose, a key 1 turn away a nut of the pipeline and disconnect it.

GOOD ADVICE For prevention full вытекания liquids from a hydrodrive at once muffle a tube aperture in any accessible way. For this purpose protective caps of valves for air release very well approach.

2. Turn away a nut of fastening of a hose and take out a hose from an arm on a body.

3. Establish a new hose in an order, the return to removal.

4. With the same way replace the second back hose.

THE PREVENTION Do not suppose перекручивания hoses along an axis.

5. Keeping a key 2 from проворачивания the union of a forward hose, a key 1 turn away a nut of the pipeline and disconnect it.	6. Take out from an arm a rubber sealant together with a hose.

7. Turn out a hose of connection of the pipeline with a collector of brake cylinders of the forward brake mechanism.

THE NOTE At installation of a hose do not forget to establish a copper lining under a tip fastening to a collector.

8. Establish a new hose in an order, the return to removal.

9. Similarly replace the second forward hose.

10. After replacement of hoses pump over brake system («Prorolling of a hydrodrive of brake system» see).

Connections of pipelines with all knots of brake system and hoses are identical.

The design of all pipelines and principle of their replacement are identical. Works are shown on an example of the pipeline connecting a tee with the wheel cylinder of the back brake mechanism.

GOOD ADVICE For отворачивания nuts of pipelines apply special keys as nuts are strongly tightened and usually корродированы owing to what at using usual keys of a side of nuts are rumpled.

1. Unbend all скобы fastenings of pipelines...	2.... Turn away a nut of arms and take from them pipelines.

3. Turn away a nut of fastening of the ends of pipelines and remove the pipeline.

4. Establish the new pipeline in an order, the return to removal.
