8.6. The main brake cylinder Features of a design

The main cylinder ( fig. 8.3) with a consecutive arrangement of pistons. On the case of the main cylinder the tank in which jellied mouth the gauge of insufficient level of a brake liquid is established is fixed. The main cylinder not folding and to repair is not subject. At failure replacement is necessary.
Removal and installation of a tank of the main brake cylinder
Tank remove for replacement or for preventive washing. Besides, sometimes happens it is necessary to remove a tank for replacement of rubber plugs of fastening of a tank.

1. Disconnect tips of wires from the gauge of level of a brake liquid.
|
2. Uncover a tank with a float of the gauge of level.
|
|
3. Pump out a rubber pear a brake liquid from a tank.
|
|
|
|
|
4. Take away clamps of a tank and...
|
5.... Remove a tank.
|
|
6. Examine rubber plugs of fastening of a tank. The plugs torn, cracked or lost elasticity replace.

7. Establish a tank in sequence, return to removal.
|
Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder
It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13».

1. Turn on two nuts of fastening of pipelines to the cylinder, disconnect pipelines from the cylinder and take them aside. Muffle apertures in pipelines.

THE NOTE
The tank is removed from the main cylinder for descriptive reasons. If there is no necessity to remove a tank, remove the main brake cylinder in gathering with a tank.

2. Turn on two nuts of fastening of the cylinder to the case of the vacuum amplifier.
|
3. Remove the cylinder.
|
|
5. Pump over a hydrodrive of brakes («Prorolling of a hydrodrive of brake system» see).
