1. Remove a protective cap of an axis of the pendular lever.
|
2. Turn away the top nut of an axis of the lever. Pay attention, under a nut the flat washer is established. Do not forget to establish it at assemblage.
|
|
|
|
|
3. Turn away a nut of fastening of the lever on an axis.
|
4. Beat out a lever axis together with the bottom bearing not strong blows of a hammer.
|
|
THE NOTE
Not to damage a carving of an axis of the pendular lever, screw a nut заподлицо with an axis end face.

|
|
|
5. Take out an axis from an arm.
|
6. If necessary a stripper press the pendular lever from an axis.
|
|
|
|
|
7. Remove from an axis the pendular lever, a remote ring and the bottom bearing.
|
8. By means of approaching выколотки beat out from an arm the top bearing.
|
|
9. Check up a condition of the pendular lever and its axis. The lever should not have погнутостей, and a lever axis – traces of visible deterioration.
|
|
10. Axis bearings should not have люфтов and local deterioration of paths of holders.
|
|
11. The arm of the pendular lever should not have cracks, deformations, etc.
|
|
12. Collect the pendular lever in sequence, return dismantling.
|

THE PREVENTION
At запрессовке the bearing in an arm effort put only to its external holder, and at напрессовке on an axis – to internal. Otherwise bearings will be damaged.
