7.8. Removal and steering wheel installation

Steering wheel remove for its replacement at damage or for replacement of a shaft of a steering.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug «–» the storage battery.

2. Establish wheels in position of rectilinear movement.

3. Remove an overlay of the switch of a sound signal.	4. Disconnect колодку wires from a contact ring.

5. Turn away a nut of fastening of a steering wheel.

GOOD ADVICE The steering wheel very densely sits on шлицах a shaft, therefore do not turn on completely a nut of fastening of a wheel: at sharp blow during removal a steering wheel, having come off with шлицев, can put a trauma. For convenience of return installation mark position of a steering wheel concerning a shaft.

6. Sharp blows of hands bring down a steering wheel with шлицев a steering shaft.

7. Definitively turn away a nut of fastening and remove a steering wheel.

8. Establish a steering wheel in an order, the return to removal, according to earlier made marks.
