Replacement of an intermediate shaft
Keys «on 13» (two) be required to you.

1. For convenience of work remove the bottom casing of a shaft of a steering column (Removal and installation of the panel of devices »see«).
|
|
|
|
|
2. Turn away a nut of a coupling bolt карданного the hinge of an intermediate shaft and take out a bolt.
|
3. Turn away a nut of a coupling bolt карданного the hinge of a shaft of a steering column and take out a coupling bolt.
|
|
|
|
4. Separate an intermediate shaft and a shaft of a steering column, take out an intermediate shaft.
|
|
5. Establish a new intermediate shaft in an order, the return to removal.
|
Replacement of a shaft of a steering column
It be required to you: a key or a replaceable head «on 13».
|
1. Remove a steering wheel (Removal and steering wheel installation »see«).
|
|
2. Remove casings of a shaft of a steering column (Removal and installation of the panel of devices »see«).
|
|
|
|
3. Disconnect pad wires from подрулевого the switch. Do not forget to mark them not to mix at installation.
|
|
4. Remove подрулевой the switch (Replacement подрулевого the switch »see«).
|
|
|
|
|
6. Turn away a nut of a coupling bolt карданного the hinge of a shaft of a steering column and take out a coupling bolt.
|
7. Separate an intermediate shaft and a shaft of a steering column.
|
|
|
|
|
8. Turn on two nuts (on a photo one is visible) and...
|
9.... Two bolts (on a photo one is visible) fastenings of an arm of a shaft of a steering column.
|
|
10. Remove a shaft of a steering column in gathering with an arm from two hairpins of a body.
|
|
11. Establish a shaft of a steering column in an order, the return to removal.
