10.1. Features of a design

Body of the car of type the versatile person, five-door, all-metal, welded, a bearing design. The body consists of a skeleton and hinged knots: a cowl, doors, bumpers, details остекления, an internal upholstery and external furnish.

The body skeleton represents the rigid spatial farm consisting of following knots: the bases of a floor with передком and a cross-beam 20 (fig. 10.1) a back floor, right and left боковин 22 in gathering with back wings 21, a forward beam of a roof 13, amplifiers of a roof 15 and 18, and also panels of a roof 17. Lateral doors and a back door, a cowl, forward wings, buffers and radiator facing concern hinged knots. Doors and a cowl are fixed on a body by means of loops. Forward wings, and also forward and back buffers are fixed on a body by bolts. Radiator facing is attached by four screws.

Wind, back and lateral glasses are pasted to a body (glass of a door of a back is pasted to a door and has a heating element) and are a part of its power scheme.

Forward seats separate, with adjustment of an inclination of backs and moving mechanisms in a longitudinal direction, with the easily removable headrests regulated on height and an angle of slope. The back seat structurally consisting of two seats, can be combined for increase in volume of a luggage space both entirely, and in parts. Seats of the driver and passengers are equipped by seat belts.

In car salon are established the panel of devices, прикуриватель, ashtrays, a ware box, противосолнечные peaks, heating and ventilation system, a rear-view mirror.

The car is equipped by two lobbies and one back eyes for towage, aprons of forward and back wheels.

GOOD ADVICE For the period of long parking of the car do not cover a body with a cover from a dense material. The cover which has become wet in the rain creates at heating on the sun steam "bath", and the paint and varnish covering of a body under it can exfoliate and вспучиться. Besides, under flaws the cover moves and uses up a paint on acting parts of a body. Do not put on a body subjects from rubber. After a while rubber will leave on a covering (especially light) indelible stains.
