10.10. Forward doors

Removal of an upholstery of a forward door

The screw-driver is required to you.

1. Take decorative заглушку and remove the armrest handle («Replacement of an external rear-view mirror» see).

2. Turn out screws of fastening of a pocket of an upholstery of a door and remove a pocket.

3. Turn out the screw of fastening of facing of the internal handle of the lock...	4.... Shift facing of the handle and remove it (the internal handle remains on a door).

5. Remove an upholstery...	6.... Having deduced from its aperture the button of blocking of the lock of a door.

7. Establish a door upholstery in an order, the return to removal.

Removal and installation of the lock of a forward door

It be required to you: a key «on 8», a crosswise screw-driver.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Remove an upholstery of a forward door («Removal of an upholstery of a forward door» see).

3. Disconnect from a motor-reducer pad wires, preliminary having marked them.	4. Turn out screws of fastening of the lock.

5. Disconnect draughts of internal and external handles (Removal, installation and repair of the external handle of a forward door »see«).

6. Remove the lock in gathering with a motor-reducer.

7. Will put the lock and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.

Removal, installation and repair of the external handle of a forward door

It be required to you: a key «on 8», small beards, a hammer, screw-drivers with a flat and crosswise edge.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Remove a door upholstery («Removal of an upholstery of a forward door» see).

3. Disconnect from the lock of draught of the internal handle and...	4.... Draught of the button of blocking of the lock.

5. Remove draught in gathering with the blocking button.	6. Disconnect from the lock other draughts.

7. Turn away a nut and...	8.... A bolt of fastening of the external handle.

9. Delay the handle on itself, take away to the left and...	10.... Remove it.

11. Having hooked a screw-driver, remove a spring.	12. Beat out from the cylinder and...

13.... Remove a pin of fastening of a lead.	14. Remove a lead.

15. A screw-driver press on a stopper, and бородком – on the cylinder of the switch of the lock and...	16.... Remove the switch.

17. Clear and examine details, grease with greasing ФИОЛ-1 or similar.

18. Establish the external handle and all details in an order, the return to removal.

Replacement of the terminator of opening of a forward door

It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», a screw-driver.

1. Remove a door upholstery («Removal of an upholstery of a forward door» see).

2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the terminator to a body and...	3.... Two bolts of fastening of the terminator to a door.

4. Remove the terminator.

5. Clear and examine details, grease with greasing ШРУС-4 or similar.

6. Establish the terminator in an order, the return to removal.

Replacement опускного glasses of a forward door

It be required to you: keys «on 8», a screw-driver.

1. Remove a door upholstery («Removal of an upholstery of a forward door» see).

2. Turn out bolts of a plate of fastening опускного glasses.	3. Turn out a bolt of fastening directing and...

4.... Take her aside.	5. Remove an internal sealant of glass.

6. Remove glass, moving it in an aperture, as is shown in a photo.	7. The holder is pressed out on glass and in addition fixed on glass by means of a strip of crude rubber.

GOOD ADVICE Qualitative installation of a holder on new glass by means of crude rubber demands certain skills, therefore it is more preferable to get and establish glass in gathering with a holder. However if there is no possibility to get glass in gathering, lower a strip of new crude rubber for some seconds in gasoline, insert it into a holder and establish a holder on new glass. After glass installation into place lift it upwards against the stop and do not lower not less than three hours. Glass in this time will strongly be fixed in a holder.

8. Establish glass and the removed details in an order, the return to removal.

Mechanism replacement стеклоподъемника a forward door

It be required to you: a key «on 8», a screw-driver.

1. Remove a door upholstery («Removal of an upholstery of a forward door» see).

2. Remove glass of a forward door (Replacement опускного glasses of a forward door »see«).

3. Disconnect колодку a plait of wires from a motor-reducer стеклоподъемника.	4. Turn on top...

5.... Two central and...	6.... Bottom fastening nuts стеклоподъемника.

7. Remove стеклоподъемник in gathering through a technological aperture in the door amplifier.

8. Clear and examine details, grease with greasing Litol-24 or similar.

9. Establish стеклоподъемник and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.

Removal and installation of a forward door

It be required to you: a key «on 13», круглогубцы.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the terminator to a body («Replacement of the terminator of opening of a forward door» see).	3. Turn along an axis and disconnect from a door колодку a plait of wires.

4. Remove lock скобы axes of loops of a door.

5. Remove a door movement upwards.

6. Establish a forward door in an order, the return to removal.
