On the car the heater 12 ( fig. 10.2) the liquid type, united with system of cooling of the engine is established . The radiator of a heater 1 ( fig. 10.3) is placed in the plastic casing established in the central part of the panel of devices. Feature of a heater is absence of the crane. The heater заслонками 8 and 13 copes .
Removal and heater installation
Screw-drivers with a flat and crosswise edge be required to you.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
|
|
2. Remove the panel of devices (Removal and installation of the panel of devices »see«).
|
|
|
|
|
3. Having pulled on itself, remove the handle of management of a heater...
|
4.... The management handle рециркуляцией and...
|
|
|
|
|
5.... Facing of the panel of control levers by a heater.
|
6. Turn out screws of fastening of an arm of control levers a heater.
|
|
|
|
|
7. Take lamps of illumination of the panel of levers.
|
8. Separate колодку a plait of wires.
|
|
|
|
|
9. Turn out screws скоб fastenings of draughts.
|
10. Disconnect draughts from levers заслонок a heater.
|
|
|
|
|
11. Turn out the screw скобы fastenings of draught of a drive заслонки рециркуляции and...
|
12.... Disconnect draught.
|
|
|
|
|
13. Take an arm of levers and disconnect колодку a plait of wires from the switch of the electrofan of a heater.
|
14. Turn out screws скоб fastenings of draughts and disconnect draughts.
|
|
15. Remove the switch of the electrofan of a heater (Removal and box installation воздухопритока, flexible draughts and an arm of levers of a drive of a heater »see«).
|
|
|
|
|
16. Turn out screws of fastening of a heater to a cross-beam of the panel of devices and...
|
|
18. Establish a heater and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
|
Replacement of a radiator of a heater
If from a heater the cooling liquid leaks, means, негерметичен and it it is necessary to replace a radiator.
|
GOOD ADVICE
Never tighten with elimination of a leak of a cooling liquid in car salon as its evaporations are harmful to your health.
|
The screw-driver is required to you.
|
1. Remove a ware box (Removal and installation of facing of a tunnel of a floor »see«).
|
|
2. Remove a facing overlay of a windscreen (Removal, installation and repair of a screen wiper of a wind window »see«).
|
|
3. Merge a liquid from system of cooling of the engine («Replacement of a cooling liquid» see).
|
|
|
|
|
4. Remove the filter of giving of external air and...
|
5.... Turn out screws of fastening of the case of the filter.
|
|
|
|
|
6. Turn out screws of fastening of the case of the electrofan.
|
7. Turn out screws of an arm of fastening of a heater.
|
|
|
|
|
8. Remove an air line of heating of feet of the passenger.
|
9. Unbend an arm of a heater and...
|
|
|
|
|
10.... Take an intermediate air line.
|
11. Turn out screws of fastening of a radiator of a heater.
|
|
|
|
|
12. Ослабьте collars on bringing and taking away hoses of a radiator also remove hoses.
|
13. Take a radiator of a heater from a casing.
|
|
14. Establish a radiator of a heater and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
|
|
15. Fill in a liquid in system of cooling of the engine.
|
Removal and box installation воздухопритока, flexible draughts and an arm of levers of a drive of a heater
The screw-driver is required to you.
|
1. Disconnect the plug "minus" from the storage battery.
|
|
2. Remove the panel of devices together with a heater (Removal and installation of the panel of devices »see«).
|
|
|
|
|
3. Separate колодку a plait of wires of the electrofan of a heater.
|
4. Turn out two screws...
|
|
|
|
|
5.... Box fastenings воздухопритока and...
|
6.... Remove a box in gathering with the electrofan.
|
|
7. Remove facing of the panel of control levers by a heater (Removal and heater installation »see«).
|
|
|
|
|
8. Turn out screws скоб fastenings of draughts and...
|
9.... Disconnect draughts.
|
|
|
|
|
10. Turn out the screw скобы fastenings of draught of a drive заслонки рециркуляции and...
|
11.... Disconnect draught.
|
|
|
|
|
12. Take an arm of levers and disconnect колодку a plait of wires from the switch of the electrofan of a heater.
|
13. Turn out screws скоб fastenings of draughts and disconnect draughts.
|
|
|
|
|
14. Turn away a plastic nut of fastening of the switch of the electrofan of a heater and...
|
15.... Remove the switch.
|
|
16. Establish all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
|
|
