10.11. Back doors Removal of an upholstery of a back door

1. Having hooked a screw-driver...
|
2.... Remove a handle clamp стеклоподъемника, and then...

4. Pull the internal handle of the lock and turn out the screw of fastening of facing of the handle.

5. Shift back and remove handle facing (the handle remains on a door).

8. Hook an upholstery a screw-driver in the locations of percussion caps and...
|
9.... Remove it, having passed through an aperture in an upholstery the button of blocking of the lock of a door.

GOOD ADVICE
Not to scratch the painted surfaces of a door, wind a screw-driver edge изоляционной with a tape.

|
10. Remove percussion caps of fastening of an upholstery if they remained at doors. The broken percussion caps replace.
|
11. Establish an upholstery of a door and the removed details in an order, the return to removal.

Removal and installation of the lock of a back door
It be required to you: a key «on 8», круглогубцы, screw-drivers with a flat and crosswise edge.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
|
2. Remove a door upholstery («Removal of an upholstery of a back door» see).
|
|
|
|
|
3. Disconnect draughts from the lock.
|
4. Turn away a nut and...
|
|
|
|
|
5.... Turn out a bolt of fastening of the external handle.
|
6. Pull the handle on itself, take away to the left and...
|
|

THE NOTE
Deformation (bend) of this lever often is at the bottom of failure of the external handle of a door.
If the lever is bent, accurately will correct its screw-driver.

|
|
8. Turn out screws of fastening of the lock.
|
9. Separate колодку a plait of wires.
|
|
|
|
|
10. Turn out screws of fastening and...
|
11.... Remove the case of a drive of blocking of the lock.
|
|
|
|
|
12. Disconnect draught from the internal handle.
|
13. Take draughts from the directing.
|
|
|
|
|
14. Turn out a bolt of fastening and...
|
15.... Remove directing опускного glasses.
|
|
|
|
|
16. Disconnect колодку wires from a motor-reducer of the lock and...
|
17.... Remove the lock in gathering.
|
|
18. Clear and examine details, grease with greasing ФИОЛ-1 or similar.
|
|
19. Will put the lock and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.

Replacement of the terminator of opening of a back door
It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», a screw-driver.
1. Remove a door upholstery («Removal of an upholstery of a back door» see).

2. Replace the terminator to similarly replacement of the terminator of a forward door («Replacement of the terminator of opening of a forward door» see).
|

|
3. Establish a door upholstery in an order, the return to removal.
|
Replacement опускного glasses of a back door
It be required to you: keys «on 8», screw-drivers with a flat and crosswise edge.
1. Remove a door upholstery («Removal of an upholstery of a back door» see).

2. Remove стеклоподъемник (mechanism Replacement стеклоподъемника a back door »see«).

3. Turn out a bolt of fastening directing опускного glasses and...
|
|
|
|
|
4.... Remove the directing.
|
5. Remove bottom and...

3. Fix glass in the lifted position (for example, by means of a screw-driver).

7.... Bottom fastening nuts стеклоподъемника.
|

8. Remove стеклоподъемник in gathering through a technological window in the door amplifier.

9. Clear and examine details, grease with greasing Litol-24 or similar.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
|
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the terminator of opening of a door to a body («Replacement of the terminator of opening of a back door» see).

|
|
|
|
3. Take a rubber protective tube of wires from the central rack.
|
4. Undertaken wires, extend a socket of wires from a rack and separate it.
|
|
5. Remove lock скобы axes of loops and remove a door the same as removed a forward door (Removal and installation of a forward door »see«).

6. Establish a back door and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
