Headlights. On cars the block headlights uniting in of a headlight of near and far light (with однонитевыми lamps) and turn indexes are applied. Besides, in headlights there are lamps of dimensional light. The scheme of inclusion of headlights is shown on fig. 9.12. Near and far light of headlights joins by means of auxiliary relays K4 and К5, located in the assembly block. Operating pressure on relay windings moves from the switch 3 lights of headlights if the key of the switch 5 external illuminations is completely pressed. At passing light inclusion passing light lamps burn, and at headlight inclusion – all lamps (both near, and a headlight). Irrespective of position of a key of the switch 5 it is possible to include quickly a headlight of headlights, delaying on itself the lever of the switch 3 lights of headlights. Thus pressure to contact «30» switches 3 moves directly from power supplies.

Antifog headlights. On cars in alternative execution in forward bumpers antifog headlights can be established. The scheme of inclusion of antifog headlights is shown on fig. 9.13. Headlights join the switch 3 by means of the auxiliary relay 4 types 113.3747. Antifog headlights can be included only in the event that the switch includes external illumination.

Back antifog light. The scheme of inclusion of back antifog light is shown on fig. 9.14. Lamps in back lanterns include 3 antifog lights the switch 4 through the block of management of automobile anticreeping system (АПС-6) only in the event that headlights (the corresponding key of the switch 2 external illuminations is completely pressed) are included. At deenergizing of dimensional fires back antifog fires are switched off automatically.

External illumination. The scheme of inclusion of external illumination is shown on fig. 9.15. Dimensional light is included the switch by 6 external illuminations. A food of lamps of dimensional light and a stoplight moves through relay K1 of the control of serviceability of lamps. If the relay of the control of serviceability of lamps is not established in the assembly block instead of it there should be the contact crosspieces shown by arrows on fig. 9.15.

Turn indexes. The scheme of inclusion of indexes of turn and the alarm system is shown on fig. 9.16. Indexes of turn of the right or left board join the switch 3. In a mode of the alarm system the switch 6 all indexes of turn join. The blinking of lamps is provided with relay-breaker K3 in the assembly block.
Direction of beams of light of headlights depending on loading in the car change on a vertical motor-reducers of proof-readers of light of the headlights established in block headlights.

The scheme of inclusion of proof-readers of light of headlights is shown on fig. 9.17. Motor-reducers 1 cope a regulator of the proof-reader of light of the headlights, located on the panel of devices.
Motor-reducer design not folding, and in case of malfunction it replace entirely.
The podrulevoj switch consists of a connector fixed by a collar on an arm of a shaft of the steering mechanism, and two switches. The left switch includes indexes of turn and light of headlights, and right – operates work of washers and cleaners of glasses.
Switches are fixed in a connector by latches.

The relays of type 904.3747-10 established in the assembly block are applied to inclusion of headlights. Pressure of inclusion of the relay at temperature (23±5) °С no more than 8 In, and resistance of a winding (85±8,5) the Ohm.
For creation of a faltering light signal of indexes of turn both in an alarm system mode, and relay-breaker K3 (fig. 9.16 see) serves in a mode of instructions of turn of type 493.3747 or 495.3747, established in the assembly block. Besides, he allows to supervise serviceability of lamps of indexes of turn. If one of lamps fuses, frequency of cycles of inclusion of indexes of turn and a control lamp doubles. The Relay-breaker should provide a blinking of lamps of indexes of turn with frequency 90±30 cycles in a minute at temperature of air from–40 °С to +65 °С and pressure from 10,8 to 15 Century

       GOOD ADVICE
If headlights have suddenly started to shine dimly, and at inclusion of a signal of turn the dimensional lamp starts to blink, restore contact of a "mass" wire to a body.
Take to itself in a habit regularly to change lamps (especially head light of headlights). In due course the lamp flask grows turbid also brightness of a lamp decreases. And this process occurs slowly enough and the driver does not notice gradual deterioration of light exposure of road.
Recently appears cars at which headlights shine as a New Year tree various shades of blue colour more and more. All it is called as a word «ксенон» and it is considered very abrupt. No doubt, the xenon headlights established regularly on latest models of foreign cars, shine road is much better, and the car with them looks much more effectively. It is no wonder that many too try to improve the car as now on counters there was a weight of the "xenon" lamps of various manufacturing (more often Chinese). Be not bought on cheap stuff – such lamps have not something in common with the present xenon gas-discharge lamps which do not have threads накаливания. These are usual lamps with the painted glass. Svetopropuskajushchaja ability of such glass much more low, than at standard lamps, threads at forgeries, as a rule, are established not in focus, and the headlight with such lamp at external эффектности practically shines nothing, and in addition mercilessly blinds counter drivers.
