Headlights. On cars the block headlights uniting in of a headlight of near and far light (with однонитевыми lamps) and turn indexes are applied. Besides, in headlights there are lamps of dimensional light. The scheme of inclusion of headlights is shown on fig. 9.12. Near and far light of headlights joins by means of auxiliary relays K4 and К5, located in the assembly block. Operating pressure on relay windings moves from the switch 3 lights of headlights if the key of the switch 5 external illuminations is completely pressed. At passing light inclusion passing light lamps burn, and at headlight inclusion – all lamps (both near, and a headlight). Irrespective of position of a key of the switch 5 it is possible to include quickly a headlight of headlights, delaying on itself the lever of the switch 3 lights of headlights. Thus pressure to contact «30» switches 3 moves directly from power supplies.

Antifog headlights. On cars in alternative execution in forward bumpers antifog headlights can be established. The scheme of inclusion of antifog headlights is shown on fig. 9.13. Headlights join the switch 3 by means of the auxiliary relay 4 types 113.3747. Antifog headlights can be included only in the event that the switch includes external illumination.

Back antifog light. The scheme of inclusion of back antifog light is shown on fig. 9.14. Lamps in back lanterns include 3 antifog lights the switch 4 through the block of management of automobile anticreeping system (АПС-6) only in the event that headlights (the corresponding key of the switch 2 external illuminations is completely pressed) are included. At deenergizing of dimensional fires back antifog fires are switched off automatically.

External illumination. The scheme of inclusion of external illumination is shown on fig. 9.15. Dimensional light is included the switch by 6 external illuminations. A food of lamps of dimensional light and a stoplight moves through relay K1 of the control of serviceability of lamps. If the relay of the control of serviceability of lamps is not established in the assembly block instead of it there should be the contact crosspieces shown by arrows on fig. 9.15.

Turn indexes. The scheme of inclusion of indexes of turn and the alarm system is shown on fig. 9.16. Indexes of turn of the right or left board join the switch 3. In a mode of the alarm system the switch 6 all indexes of turn join. The blinking of lamps is provided with relay-breaker K3 in the assembly block.

Direction of beams of light of headlights depending on loading in the car change on a vertical motor-reducers of proof-readers of light of the headlights established in block headlights.

The scheme of inclusion of proof-readers of light of headlights is shown on fig. 9.17. Motor-reducers 1 cope a regulator of the proof-reader of light of the headlights, located on the panel of devices.

Motor-reducer design not folding, and in case of malfunction it replace entirely.

The podrulevoj switch consists of a connector fixed by a collar on an arm of a shaft of the steering mechanism, and two switches. The left switch includes indexes of turn and light of headlights, and right – operates work of washers and cleaners of glasses.

Switches are fixed in a connector by latches.

The relays of type 904.3747-10 established in the assembly block are applied to inclusion of headlights. Pressure of inclusion of the relay at temperature (23±5) °С no more than 8 In, and resistance of a winding (85±8,5) the Ohm.

For creation of a faltering light signal of indexes of turn both in an alarm system mode, and relay-breaker K3 (fig. 9.16 see) serves in a mode of instructions of turn of type 493.3747 or 495.3747, established in the assembly block. Besides, he allows to supervise serviceability of lamps of indexes of turn. If one of lamps fuses, frequency of cycles of inclusion of indexes of turn and a control lamp doubles. The Relay-breaker should provide a blinking of lamps of indexes of turn with frequency 90±30 cycles in a minute at temperature of air from–40 °С to +65 °С and pressure from 10,8 to 15 Century

GOOD ADVICE If headlights have suddenly started to shine dimly, and at inclusion of a signal of turn the dimensional lamp starts to blink, restore contact of a "mass" wire to a body.

Take to itself in a habit regularly to change lamps (especially head light of headlights). In due course the lamp flask grows turbid also brightness of a lamp decreases. And this process occurs slowly enough and the driver does not notice gradual deterioration of light exposure of road.

Recently appears cars at which headlights shine as a New Year tree various shades of blue colour more and more. All it is called as a word «ксенон» and it is considered very abrupt. No doubt, the xenon headlights established regularly on latest models of foreign cars, shine road is much better, and the car with them looks much more effectively. It is no wonder that many too try to improve the car as now on counters there was a weight of the "xenon" lamps of various manufacturing (more often Chinese). Be not bought on cheap stuff – such lamps have not something in common with the present xenon gas-discharge lamps which do not have threads накаливания. These are usual lamps with the painted glass. Svetopropuskajushchaja ability of such glass much more low, than at standard lamps, threads at forgeries, as a rule, are established not in focus, and the headlight with such lamp at external эффектности practically shines nothing, and in addition mercilessly blinds counter drivers. Besides manufacturers of such lamps to compensate decrease in a light stream, increase their capacity much. Often their installation leads оплавлению to isolation of wires and перегоранию printed circuits of assembly blocks. And the fire is possible also. Do not get for the money "headache" better, and buy qualitative usual lamps.

Sooner or later lamps in back lanterns fuse. It would Seem, than that is easier – to take the new bulb approaching on the size of a socle and pressure, and to establish it instead of the fused. However consider that in back lanterns lamps with an identical socle, but different capacity are applied: 4W and 21W. Also it is not unimportant trifle.

Chetyrehvattnye lamps establish for dimensional light, and двадцатиодноваттные – in indexes of turn and stoplights. Do not confuse their places.

If you establish low-power lamps in stoplights and indexes of turns, other drivers simply will not see your signals in rainy weather. And powerful lamps in dimensions will disturb very much to the drivers going behind, and to irritate them.

Respective there will be also their relation to you.

Check and adjustment of light of headlights spend on the equipped car: with completely filled fuel tank, the complete set of the tool and a spare wheel.

1. Preliminary check up and if necessary finish to norm pressure of air in tyres.

2. Establish the car to perpendicularly smooth wall (for example, garage) on distance of 5 m. Put on a seat of the driver additional cargo in weight of 75 kg. Mark on a wall the screen, as is shown in fig. 9.19. The longitudinal plane of symmetry of the car should pass in the area of 0 on the screen. Rock the car sideways, that самоустановились springs of suspension brackets.

3. Measure on your car height of the centres of headlights from a floor. It will be distance h on the screen.

4. Establish a regulator of the proof-reader of light of headlights on the panel of devices in the position corresponding to loading of the car with one driver.

5. Include a passing light.

6. The direction of a light stain is recommended to be regulated for each headlight separately. The second headlight during adjustment close an opaque material.

7. Open a cowl and adjust screws of manual adjustment of a beam of light position of a light stain for each headlight on the screen across and...

8.... On a vertical if the arrangement of light stains on the screen does not correspond to drawing.

THE PREVENTION The left headlight is shown, adjusting screws of the right headlight are symmetrized.

9. Headlights are considered adjusted when the top borders of the left parts of light stains coincide with line N (fig. 9.19), and vertical lines see And and In pass through points and crossings of horizontal and inclined sites of light stains. If on the car antifog headlights a direction of a bunch of their light regulate only on height are established.

For access to adjusting screws of antifog headlights apertures in a forward bumper are provided. Insert a screw-driver into an aperture against the stop in the screw and rotate it in a demanded direction for change of an inclination of a beam of light of a headlight. Antifog headlights are considered adjusted, if the top borders of light stains are on line N (fig. 9.19) or hardly below it see.

For replacement of lamps of a headlight:

1. Open a cowl.

2. Disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

3. Unfasten the spring holder of a cover of a headlight and...	4.... Uncover.

THE NOTE Replacement of lamps of the left headlight is shown. Lamps in the right headlight are symmetrized also them replace similarly.

5. Disconnect колодку with wires from a cartridge of a lamp of a headlight.	6. Deduce loops of a spring clamp from hooks on the headlight case, cast away a clamp and...

7.... Take out a headlight lamp.

THE PREVENTION Do not concern with fingers of a flask of a lamp as галогеновая the lamp strongly heats up also fatty stains will cause flask dimness. Take a lamp for a flask only in pure gloves or by means of a pure rag. If on a lamp all the same there were fatty stains, remove their spirit.

8. Replace a lamp, insert a cartridge into place and fix its spring holder.

9. Connect to a wire cartridge.

10. Disconnect колодку with wires from a cartridge of a lamp of a passing light.	11. Deduce loops of a spring clamp from hooks on the headlight case, cast away a clamp and...

12.... Take out a passing light lamp.

13. Replace a lamp, insert a cartridge into place and fix its spring holder.

14. Connect to a wire cartridge.

15. Take out the holder of a lamp of dimensional light (the holder is established in the case of a headlight with a tightness) and...	16.... Take from the holder a lamp.

THE NOTE As a lamp of dimensional light lamp А12–5–2 established in the holder with a tightness is used бесцокольная.

17. Insert a new lamp and establish the holder into place.

18. Establish into place a cover of a headlight and fix its spring holder.

For replacement of a lamp of the forward index of turn it is required to you...

... Lamp А12–21–3 with a flask painted in orange colour.

THE NOTE Try not to undertake a lamp flask: the orange varnish on some lamps badly keeps and can be erased from a touch of fingers.

1. Open a cowl.

2. Disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

3. Turn a cartridge of a lamp of the index of turn counter-clockwise against the stop (on 90 °) and...	4.... Take out a cartridge with a lamp from the headlight case.

5. Press a lamp, turn it counter-clockwise and take out from a cartridge.

6. Insert a new lamp and establish a cartridge into place.

For replacement of a lamp of the lateral index of turn:

1. Disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

2. Wring out the lateral index towards a forward part of the car and take out it from an aperture in a wing.	3. Take out a cartridge with a lamp and a rubber cap from the index case.

4. Take out a lamp from a cartridge.

5. Insert a new lamp into a cartridge, a cartridge – in the case of the index and put on the case a rubber cover.

6. Insert a hook of the case of the index into a smaller cut of an aperture in a wing and press other party of the index to a wing so that it was fixed by a latch.

For replacement of any lamp in a back lantern:

1. Disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

2. For access reception to cartridges of lamps unbend the valve in an upholstery боковины a luggage carrier.

THE NOTE Cartridges of lamps of a back lantern on the car practically are not visible, therefore their arrangement is shown for descriptive reasons on the removed lantern.

3. Turn a cartridge counter-clockwise against the stop and take out it from the lantern case together with a lamp.	4. Press a lamp, turn it counter-clockwise and take out from a cartridge.

5. At installation of a new lamp ledges on a lamp should get to cuts on a cartridge. Then fix a lamp in a cartridge, having turned it against the stop (on 90 °) clockwise.

6. Establish a cartridge with a lamp in the lantern case, having turned it against the stop clockwise.

For lamp replacement in an antifog headlight:

1. Disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

2. Remove a forward part подкрылка a forward wing (Removal and installation of lobbies Lockers »see«).

3. Remove from the headlight case a rubber protective cover.

4. Disconnect "a mass" wire from a cartridge of a lamp and separate колодку «плюсовых» plait and lamp wires.	5. Deduce from grooves of the case short moustaches of a spring latch, cast away a latch and...

6.... Take out a lamp from the headlight case.

7. Establish a lamp and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.

For lamp replacement in a lantern of illumination of licence plate remove a lantern («Replacement of a lantern of illumination of licence plate» see), without disconnecting from it a wire, then:

1. Wring out to the lantern centre a plastic latch...	2.... Remove рассеиватель and...

3.... Having overcome effort of spring contacts, take out a lamp.

4. Insert a new lamp.

5. Insert edge рассеивателя into a cut on the case of a lantern and fix its latch, having pressed other edge рассеивателя. Then establish a lantern on the car in an order, the return to removal.

For replacement of a lamp of a plafond of illumination of a luggage carrier:

1. Take a lantern from an upholstery nest, without disconnecting from it a wire...	2.... Wring out to the lantern centre a plastic latch and...

3.... Remove рассеиватель.	4. Having overcome effort of spring contacts, take out a lamp.

5. Insert a new lamp

6. Insert edge рассеивателя into a cut on the case of a lantern and fix its latch, having pressed other edge рассеивателя. Then establish a lantern on the car in an order, the return to removal.

For lamp replacement in a plafond of illumination of salon:

1. Compress рассеиватель on the centre and remove it, having deduced from gearing with the case of a plafond of an axis рассеивателя.	2. Having overcome effort of spring contacts, take out a lamp.

3. Insert a new lamp.

4. Insert one axis рассеивателя into the case of a plafond and, having compressed рассеиватель, enter into a case aperture the second axis.

For replacement of a paw of a lantern of individual illumination:

1. Remove a lantern key, overcoming effort of plastic latches.	2. Press a lamp, turn it counter-clockwise and take out from a cartridge.

3. Insert a new lamp into a cartridge, having turned it clockwise against the stop.

4. Establish into place a lantern key in an order, the return to removal.

For replacement of a lamp of illumination of a ware box:

1. Open a ware box.

2. Wring out a screw-driver the case of a lantern and...	3.... Take out a lantern, without disconnecting from it a wire.

4. Wring out to the lantern centre a plastic latch and...	5.... Remove рассеиватель.

6. Having overcome effort of spring contacts, take out a lamp.

7. Insert a new lamp.

8. Insert edge рассеивателя into a cut on the case of a lantern and fix its latch, having pressed other edge рассеивателя. Then establish a lantern on the car in an order, the return to removal.

THE NOTE Replacement of the left headlight is shown, the right headlight replace similarly.

1. Disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

2. Remove radiator facing (Removal and installation of facing of a radiator »see«).

3. Disconnect from a headlight колодку a plait of wires to lamps, having wrung out a plastic latch.	4. Having pressed a plastic latch, disconnect from a headlight колодку a plait of wires of the electroproof-reader of light of headlights.

5. Turn out top right...	6.... Left and...

7.... Forward bolts of fastening of a headlight.	8. Turn out screws forward...

9.... Then lateral fastening of facing of a headlight and...	10.... Remove facing.

11. Turn out right and...	12.... Left the bottom bolts of fastening of a headlight and.

THE NOTE The bottom bolts of fastening of a headlight are remote. Therefore use a face key with the extension piece.

13.... Remove a headlight from the car.

14. Establish a headlight in an order, the return to removal.

The screw-driver is required to you.

1. Disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

2. Remove a forward part подкрылка a forward wing (Removal and installation of lobbies Lockers »see«).

3. Separate колодку a plait of wires to an antifog headlight.	4. Turn out three screws of fastening of a headlight to the forward buffer and...

5.... Remove a headlight.

6. Establish an antifog headlight in an order, the return to removal.

1. Disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

2. Wring out the lateral repeater towards a forward part of the car and...	3.... Take out it from an aperture in a wing.

4. Take out a cartridge with a lamp of the case of the index, having removed from it a protective rubber cap.	5. Remove from the index a sealing lining and establish it on the new index.

6. Insert a cartridge together with a lamp into the case of the index and put on the case a rubber cover.

7. Insert a hook of the case of the index into a smaller cut of an aperture in a wing and press other party of the index to a wing so that it was fixed by a latch.

The key «on 10» (face) is required to you.

1. Disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

2. For access reception to nuts of fastening of a lantern unbend the valve in an upholstery боковины a luggage carrier.	3. Turn away four nuts of fastening of a lantern and...

4.... Take a lantern from a body nest.	5. Disconnect from a lantern колодку a plait of wires and remove a lantern.

6. Establish a back lantern in an order, the return to removal.

The lantern of illumination of licence plate is established in the back buffer.

The screw-driver is required to you.

1. Turn out two screws of fastening of a lantern to the back buffer, take out a lantern from a nest and, having disconnected wires, remove a lantern.

2. Establish a lantern in an order, the return to removal.

The additional stoplight is established on the top edge of glass of a door of a back from the inside.

The screw-driver is required to you.

1. Turn out screws of fastening of a decorative overlay and...	2.... Remove an overlay.

3. Separate колодку a plait of wires of a stoplight.	4. Hook the stoplight case the pointed tool, overcoming resistance of clamps, take out from a nest and remove a stoplight.

5. Establish an additional stoplight in an order, the return to removal.

Screw-drivers with a flat and crosswise edge be required to you.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug «–» the storage battery.

2. Accurately wring out a thin screw-driver edge of the plastic case that the axis рассеивателя left an aperture in the case, and remove рассеиватель.	3. Turn out four screws of fastening of a plafond.

4. Remove a plafond, having disconnected from it колодку with wires.

5. Establish a plafond in an order, the return to removal. At installation рассеивателя insert on the one hand its axis into an aperture of the case of a plafond, wring out a screw-driver edge of the case and insert an axis on the other hand.

6. For replacement of plafonds of individual illumination wring out a screw-driver of edge of keys so that their axes left case apertures, and...	7.... Remove keys.

8. Having wrung out a screw-driver plastic latches of fastening of the case of plafonds...	9.... Remove the case, having disconnected from it колодку a plait of wires.

10. Establish a plafond of individual illumination in an order, the return to removal.

On the car establish a sound signal of type 20.3721.

The scheme of inclusion of a sound signal is shown on fig. 9.20.

If sounding of a sound signal became more silent or there was a rattle, it can to try be adjusted the adjusting screw.

It be required to you: a screw-driver with a flat edge, a key «on 13».

1. Remove radiator facing (Removal and installation of facing of a radiator »see«).

2. Check up contacts of a signal and connecting колодок wires. If they are oxidised, smooth out them.

3. Remove the button of a sound signal on a steering wheel and check up connection of wires and a condition of contacts of the switch of a sound signal, smooth out contact surfaces.

4. If зачистка contacts has not given result, disconnect a wire from the plug «–» the storage battery and колодку with wires from a signal.

5. Turn away a nut of fastening and remove a sound signal with an arm.	6. Clamp in a vice a signal for an arm. Connect wires to the storage battery and contacts of a sound signal («–» to the top contact of a signal, and «+» – to bottom).

7. Turning (slowly) by means of a screw-driver the adjusting screw, achieve loud and pure sounding of a signal. If it was not possible to make it, replace a signal.

The contact ring of a sound signal is fixed on a connector подрулевых switches. At failure of a contact ring it is necessary to replace a connector in gathering.

The key «on 8» is required to you.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug «–» the storage battery.

2. Remove a steering wheel (Removal and steering wheel installation »see«).

3. Remove casings of a steering column (Removal and installation of the panel of devices »see«).

4. Remove from a connector switches, without disconnecting from them a wire (Replacement подрулевого the switch »see«).	5. Ослабьте the coupling screw of fastening of a connector to a steering column.

6. Disconnect from a connector колодку a plait of wires and...	7.... Remove a connector together with a contact ring of a sound signal from a steering column.

8. Establish a connector and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
