The scheme of inclusion of the electric motor is resulted on fig. 9.23. For reception of different frequencies of rotation in an electric motor feed circuit the additional resistor is established. The resistor has three spirals and a safety lock. At current passage through all three spirals 1st speed of rotation of the fan of a heater if the current passes through two spirals – 2nd speed, through one – is provided 3rd speed. At inclusion of the electric motor without the additional resistor the anchor of the electric motor of the fan rotates with the maximum 4th speed (3000 mines-1).
In case of failure the electric motor replace new. The unique repair of the electric motor consists in зачистке a collector.
Removal and installation of the electric motor of the fan of a heater
The screw-driver is required to you.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
|
|
2. Remove a ware box (Removal and installation of facing of a tunnel of a floor »see«).
|
|
|
|
|
3. Disconnect колодку a plait of wires from the electric motor.
|
4. Disconnect an air intake hose.
|
|
|
|
|
5. Turn out three screws of fastening of the electrofan of a heater.
|
6. Remove the electrofan in gathering with крыльчаткой.
|
|
|
|
|
7. Remove a spring washer.
|
8. Remove крыльчатку.
|
|
9. Establish крыльчатку on the electric motor and the electrofan on the car in an order, the return to removal.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Disconnect колодку a plait of wires from a heater.

3. Turn out the screw of fastening of the additional resistor and...

5. Establish the resistor in an order, the return to removal.
