9.25. Электростеклоподъемники forward doors
Электростеклоподъемниками forward doors the part of release of cars is completed.
Unlike mechanical стеклоподъемника, having a gear reducer, in электростеклоподъемнике there is only a drum for a cable, resulted in rotation by a motor-reducer.
The motor-reducer structure includes actually worm reducer and the electric motor of a direct current with excitation from constant magnets. The motor-reducer – reversive, a direction of rotation of its target shaft changes according to change of a direction of a current in an anchor winding. For protection against overloads there is a built in thermobimetallic safety lock.

Motor-reducers 4 and 5 include switches 3 and 6, located on armrests of doors. Power supplies to switches move through safety lock F5 only at the included ignition when contacts of the relay 2 are closed. The relay 904.3747-10 located to the left of a steering column on an arm is applied To inclusion электростеклоподъемников, established on the assembly block of safety locks and the relay.
At refusal электростеклоподъемников remove upholsteries of doors (section 10 "Body", «Forward doors» see) and check up, whether pressure to motor-reducers moves. Check up a safety lock and the relay стеклоподъемников on the assembly block, restore the broken connections of wires, a faulty motor-reducer replace (section 10 "Body", «Forward doors») see.
