9.12. Screen wipers Features of a design
The complete set of a cleaner of a windscreen consists of a drive of a cleaner, levers and brushes.

The scheme of inclusion of a cleaner is shown on fig. 9.21. The cleaner has three operating modes. I mode – faltering. This mode is provided with electronic relay K2 of type 524.3747 or 523.3747, established in the assembly block. This relay also includes a cleaner motor-reducer (small speed) at inclusion of a washer of a windscreen.
II mode – constant, with small speed of movement of brushes.
III mode – constant, with high speed of movement of brushes.
The scheme of connections of conclusions of the relay of a cleaner of a windscreen is shown on fig. 9.21. The relay should provide inclusion of the electric motor of a cleaner with frequency 14±4 a cycle in a minute in a range of work from idling (loading only draughts) to loading the maximum effective moment 3,92 Н·м (0,4 кгс·м) at frequency of rotation of a shaft of a motor-reducer not less than 20 mines-1, at temperature (20±5) °С and pressure of a food (14±0,2) Century

The cleaner of back glass consists of a motor-reducer, the lever and a brush. Packing of the lever with a brush right in the direction of the car. In motor-reducers of cleaners the thermobimetallic safety lock for protection against overloads is established. The scheme of inclusion of a cleaner of back glass is resulted on fig. 9.22. At a cleaner of back glass at loading of a motor-reducer the moment 1 Н·м, pressure of a food 13,5 In, temperature (25±10) °С the number of double courses of a shaft of a motor-reducer should be in a faltering mode of 1618 mines-1, in constant 2030 mines-1, and a consumed current strength no more than 3 And.
Replacement of the relay of a screen wiper of a wind window
The scheme of connections of conclusions of the relay of a cleaner of a windscreen is shown on fig. 9.21. The relay should provide switching of an operating mode of a cleaner for small speed at inclusion омывтеля a windscreen (if the cleaner worked on a faltering mode or has been switched off). After deenergizing of a washer of a windscreen the cleaner should make 2–4 full cycles of clearing on small speed at temperature (20±5) °С and pressure of a food (14±0,2) Century

1. Uncover the block of safety locks and the relay (Replacement of safety locks and the relay »see«).

2. Take out the screen wiper relay.

|
3. Establish the new relay and close a block cover.

Removal, installation and repair of a screen wiper of a wind window
Cleaner of a wind window remove for editing or replacement of the deformed draughts and levers. A faulty motor-reducer replace new.
It be required to you: a key «on 10», a screw-driver.

1. Remove an overlay of a nut of fastening of the lever.

2. Turn away a nut of fastening of the lever. Pay attention, under a nut the spring washer is established.

3. Remove the lever.

12. Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of a motor-reducer to a guard передка.

13. Remove the screen wiper mechanism in gathering.
|
14. Before removal of draughts mark mutual position of an arm of draughts concerning a motor-reducer.

|
|
|
15. Turn away a nut of fastening of bent for to a motor-reducer.
|
16. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a motor-reducer to an arm and...
|
|
|
|
17.... Remove a motor-reducer.
|
|
18. Collect and establish the screen wiper mechanism in return sequence.
|
Removal and installation of a screen wiper of a window of a door of a back
Cleaner of a window of a door of a back remove for editing or replacement of the deformed levers. A faulty motor-reducer replace new. It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 24».

1. Lift an overlay and turn away a nut of fastening of the lever of a brush.

2. Remove the lever and...

7. Turn on two nuts of fastening of an arm of a motor-reducer to a door and...

8.... Remove a motor-reducer.

9. Establish a motor-reducer and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
