It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», «on 17», a special key for a nut of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft, a screw-driver, an assembly shovel, a hammer, small beards.

1. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders («Replacement of a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders» see).

2. Remove a boot натяжителя chains of a drive of a camshaft (boot Replacement натяжителя chains of a drive of a camshaft »see«).

|
|
3. Remove a chain from asterisks of a cranked shaft, a shaft of a drive of the oil pump...
|
4.... A camshaft also take out a chain from a cavity of a drive of a camshaft upwards.
|
|
THE PREVENTION
After chain removal if it removed only for replacement, do not turn cranked and distributive shaft in order to avoid displacement of phases timing.
|
|
5. Oil a new chain before installation for the engine.
|
|
6. Enter a new chain from above into a cavity of a drive of a camshaft, lower it downwards and put on asterisks of a cranked shaft and a shaft of a drive of the oil pump, having provided a tension of a branch of a chain between asterisks.
|
|
|
|
7. Put on a chain a camshaft asterisk, having provided a tension of a branch of a chain between it and an asterisk of a shaft of a drive of the oil pump.
|
|
8. Wrap a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft, without tightening it.
|
|
9. Establish a boot натяжителя chains in an order, the return to removal.
|
|
10. Establish натяжитель in an order, the return to removal.
|
|
11. Switch off transfer, turn a cranked shaft on 2–3 turns in a rotation direction.
|
|
12. Be convinced of simultaneous coincidence of labels on asterisks with labels on the engine (Check and installation of phases timing on labels »see«). If labels do not coincide, repeat chain installation.
|
|
13. If labels coincide, include transfer, tighten a bolt of an asterisk of a camshaft and Tighten the it.
|
|
14. Establish the removed details in an order, the return to removal.
