Replacement of a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders
If the leak of oil from under a cover of a head of the block of cylinders did not manage to be eliminated a tightening of nuts of fastening of a cover, replace its lining.
It be required to you: a key (usual and face or a head) «on 10», пассатижи, a screw-driver.
1. Remove a decorative casing of the engine (Removal and installation of a decorative casing of the engine »see«).
2. Ослабьте collars of fastening of the left part воздухоподводящего a branch pipe to the gauge of the mass expense of air and to an intermediate arm also remove this part of a branch pipe.
3. Screw a bolt of fastening of an intermediate arm.
4. Ослабьте a collar of fastening of a hose of a small branch of system of ventilation crankcase also remove a hose from a branch pipe of throttle knot.
5. Ослабьте a collar of fastening of the right part воздухоподводящего a branch pipe to throttle knot...
6.... Disconnect a branch pipe from throttle knot and take him aside together with hoses of system of ventilation crankcase and an intermediate arm.
7. Ослабьте a collar of fastening of a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes also remove it from a branch pipe of an inlet pipe.
8. Take out from apertures of an arm holders of hoses and take hoses aside.
9. Turn on two nuts of fastening of a forward arm of a decorative casing and...
10.... Remove an arm.

       THE NOTE
Pay attention: under nuts spring washers are established – do not lose them.

11. Remove from a hairpin the holder of a plait of wires together with a plait.
12. Turn away a nut of fastening of a back left arm of a decorative casing and remove an arm.

       THE NOTE
Do not lose established on an arm hairpin a rubber lining.

13. Turn away other nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders...
14.... Remove from hairpins spring washers, an arm of clamps of hoses and intensifying plates.
15. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders and...
16.... Its lining.
17. Establish a new lining and all removed details in sequence, return to removal.

Replacement of a lining of a receiver
At lining damage between flanges of a receiver and an inlet pipe it is not possible to achieve normal work of the engine as подсасываемый in an inlet pipe additional air does not allow a control system of the engine to provide the optimum structure of a gas mixture demanded for each power setting. If it is not possible to eliminate подсос air a tightening of nuts of fastening of a receiver to an inlet pipe, replace its lining.

2. Take out a tip of a cable of a drive throttle заслонки from a groove of sector and disconnect a cable from throttle knot.
3. Take out the holder of a cover of a cable from an aperture...

5. Ослабьте a collar of fastening also remove from a branch pipe of throttle knot a hose of a purge of an adsorber.
6. Ослабьте a collar of fastening also disconnect from an intermediate arm the right part воздухоподводящего a branch pipe.
7. Turn on top and...
8.... Bottom nuts of fastening of throttle knot to a receiver and...
9.... Take away throttle knot from a receiver, without disconnecting from it other hoses.
10. Disconnect a hose from a regulator of pressure of fuel.
11. Ослабьте a collar of fastening also remove a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from a receiver branch pipe.
12. Turn away five nuts of fastening of a receiver to an inlet pipe...

       THE NOTE
Pay attention: under nuts flat washers are established. Do not lose them.

13.... Remove the right back arm of fastening of a decorative casing and...
14.... Remove a receiver from hairpins of an inlet pipe.

       THE NOTE
Pay attention: on hairpins of a reception pipe the remote prorate is established. If you removed it, do not forget to establish into place at receiver installation.

15. Remove a lining of a receiver and...
16.... Clear of the lining rests interfaced surfaces of flanges of a reception pipe and a receiver.
17. Establish a new lining both all removed details and knots in an order, the return to removal. Nuts of fastening of a receiver tighten in regular intervals cross-wise the moment specified in enc. 1.

Replacement of a lining of a head of the block of cylinders
Lining of a head of the block of cylinders replace at its damage.
The basic signs of damage of a lining of a head of the block:
– An insufficient compression (more low 1 МПа (10 kgs/sm2)) in one or several cylinders;
– Break of gases in cooling system (бурление, liquid foaming in a radiator, fast falling of level of a liquid in a broad tank in the absence of external leaks);
– Hit of a cooling liquid in greasing system (эмульсия on the index of level of oil, stratification merged of crankcase oils – is especially appreciable in transparent capacity);
– Oil hit in cooling system (an oil film on a liquid surface in a broad tank).
It be required to you: динамометрический a key, a screw-driver, пассатижи, keys (usual and face) «on 8», «on 10», «on 13», «on 17», a head «E-Torx».
1. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders («Replacement of a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders» see).
2. Merge a liquid from system of cooling of the engine («Replacement of a cooling liquid» see).
3. Lower pressure in the power supply system (Pressure decrease in the power supply system »see«).
4. Disconnect from throttle knot and a receiver a cable of a drive throttle заслонки («Replacement of a lining of a receiver» see).
5. Remove the case of bearings together with a camshaft from hairpins of a head of the block of cylinders («Replacement of hydrosupport of levers of a drive of valves» see).
6. Remove levers of a drive of valves, turn out from apertures of a head of the block of cylinders all hydrosupport of levers («Replacement of hydrosupport of levers of a drive of valves» see) and...
7.... Remove a stage of a supply of oil to hydrosupport.
8. Disconnect pad plaits of wires from the gauge of position throttle заслонки...
9.... An idling regulator...
10.... The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid of a control system of the engine.

19. Ослабьте collars of fastening also disconnect hoses of a radiator of system of cooling from a branch pipe of a head of the block of cylinders...

23. Turn away a nut of fuel tubes and separate highways of giving and fuel plum.

31. Turn out ten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.

       THE NOTE
Heads of bolts are executed on a turn-key basis «E-Torx», however if necessary it is possible to take advantage of a head «on 13».

32. Remove a head of the block and...

       THE NOTE
To remove a head of the block it is more convenient with the assistant, as it heavy enough.

34. To define the reason of failure of a lining, attentively examine it. On a fringing of apertures of a lining traces прогара between chambers of combustion of the next cylinders will be visible...

39. Establish on the block of cylinders a new lining, having centered it on two directing plugs.

40. Establish a head of the block of cylinders, having centered it on two directing plugs, screw bolts of its fastening and tighten them in four receptions in certain sequence (fig. 4.8):
– Preliminary the moment 20,0 Н·м (2,0 кгс·м);
– Hold on the moment 69,4–85,7 Н·м (7,1–8,7 кгс·м);
– Tighten on a corner 90 °;
– Definitively tighten on a corner 90 °.

       PREVENTIONS
Bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders are supposed to be reused only in the event that their cores were extended no more than to 117 mm. If the length of any bolt appears more the than specified size, replace its new. Before installation of bolts grease their carving and heads, having dipped into engine oil and having allowed to flow down its surpluses not less than within 30 minutes
Remove oil from apertures under bolts in the block of cylinders.

41. Establish all removed details and knots in an order, the return to removal.

       THE NOTE
Nuts of fastening of the case of bearings of a camshaft tighten in the sequence shown on fig. 4.6, the moment specified in enc. 1.

Replacement of a lining oil crankcase
If the oil leak through a lining oil crankcase does not manage to be eliminated pulling up of bolts of its fastening, means, the lining is strongly deformed also it it is necessary to replace.

       THE NOTE
Work carry out on the lift or a viewing ditch.

It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», «on 19» (face heads), the extension piece, cardan shafts hinges, a screw-driver.
1. Remove protection oil crankcase and a mudguard of a motor compartment (Removal and installation of protection oil crankcase and an engine mudguard »see«).
2. Merge oil from crankcase the engine (Replacement of oil and in the engine of the oil filter »see«).
3. Turn away a fastening nut to a cross-beam of a pillow right and...
4.... Left support of the power unit.

       THE NOTE
Pay attention: under nuts spring and flat washers are established.

5. A jack raise the engine so...
6.... That pillows were released and...
7.... Between pillows and a cross-beam it was possible to insert бруски in the thickness of 40-50 mm.
8. Lower and clean a jack.
9. Turn away 19 bolts of fastening crankcase and remove washers.
10. Accurately by means of a screw-driver separate картер and...
11.... Take him aside on the greatest possible distance that access to bolts of fastening of the oil pump has opened.

       GOOD ADVICE
Not to pollute a workplace, before removal oil crankcase allow to flow down to oil from internal walls of the block of cylinders within approximately 10 minutes

12. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the oil pump and...
13.... Remove the pump.
14. Remove oil картер.

       THE NOTE
For convenience of removal and installation oil crankcase turn a cranked shaft so that connecting rod necks have appeared in a horizontal plane.

15. If the lining remained on the block of cylinders, separate it from привалочной block planes the sharp tool (for example, a screw-driver) and smooth out a plane from the lining rests.
16. Establish a new lining and all earlier removed details in return sequence. Fastening bolts crankcase tighten cross-wise, without putting excessive efforts not to deform a flange crankcase and not to damage a lining.

       GOOD ADVICE
That гарантированно to eliminate an oil leak, grease both parties of a new lining with a thin layer of silicone hermetic. Thus привалочные a surface of the block of cylinders and oil crankcase do not degrease, but only wipe pure rags. It will allow to disassemble connection easily if necessary further.

Replacement маслосъемных caps of valves
External sign of deterioration маслосъемных caps is short-term occurrence of a blue smoke from an exhaust pipe after engine start-up, and also at braking by the engine after long movement under loading. Thus constant дымление usually it is not observed. Indirect signs – the increased expense of oil in the absence of external leaks and greasy electrodes of spark plugs.
To replace маслосъемные caps it is possible, without removing from the engine a head of the block of cylinders.
The same tools be required to you, as at replacement of a lining of a head of the block and a receiver, and also пассатижи, the adaptation for compression of springs of valves, a stripper маслосъемных caps (whenever possible), круглогубцы or tweezers for вынимания crackers of valves, оправка for напрессовки маслосъемных caps, a hammer and пруток tin solder in diameter about 8 mm (for поддерживания the valve).
1. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders («Replacement of a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders» see).
2. Turning a cranked shaft, combine a label on an asterisk of a camshaft with a label (inflow) on the case of bearings of a camshaft (Installation of the piston of the fourth cylinder in position ВМТ of a step of compression »see«). Thus pistons of 1st and 4th cylinders will be established in position ВМТ that will allow to exclude valve falling in the cylinder at it «рассухаривании», and also will facilitate fixing of the valve with the help прутка from solder.
3. Remove a camshaft («Replacement of hydrosupport of levers of a drive of valves» see).
4. Remove a receiver of inlet system («Replacement of a lining of a receiver» see) as he prevents to establish the adaptation for compression клапанных springs.

       THE NOTE
In the presence of the adaptation different on a design from shown (for example, screw, rolled in an aperture in a block head under a hydrosupport), probably, a receiver it is not required to remove.

5. Remove levers of a drive of valves and...
6.... Spread out the removed details on a workbench in that order in what they have been established on the engine.

       THE PREVENTION
Do not depersonalize a detail of a drive of valves as they are earned extra to each other.

7. Disconnect a wire from a candle of 1st cylinder, turn out a candle and insert into an aperture for a candle пруток tin solder to keep the valve in the closed position after «рассухаривания».

       THE NOTE
It is not recommended to apply a screw-driver or other thermoprocessed tool to support of the valve. Besides they scratch a surface of the bottom of the piston and the combustion chamber, at «рассухаривании» the valve can break away a part of the tool which will get to the cylinder.

8. Screw on one of hairpins (most conveniently located for installation of the adaptation for compression клапанных springs) a nut of fastening of the case of bearings of a camshaft and establish the adaptation for compression клапанных springs of the inlet valve.

       THE NOTE
So the adaptation for compression of springs of valves looks.

9. Compress the adaptation клапанные springs and...
10.... Take out crackers.

       GOOD ADVICE
If the effort of moving of the lever of the adaptation considerably increases, and crackers do not leave from проточки the valve, strike easy blow by a hammer to a plate of springs that crackers were released.

11. Remove a plate of springs, external and internal springs...
12.... And also a basic washer of an internal spring.
13. Put on a cap цанговый a clip of the adaptation and...
14.... Easy blows бойка adaptations remove a cap from the directing plug of the valve.

       THE NOTE
So the inertial stripper маслосъемных caps looks. At the shown stripper on other end is оправка for напрессовки caps.

       THE PREVENTION
Do not remove a cap пассатижами or hooking it from two parties screw-drivers. The directing plug which the cap is put on, is made from металлокерамики, and its edge easily breaks away.

18. Remove directing plug from a valve core, establish into place a basic washer of an internal spring, a spring and crackers of valves in an order, the return to removal.

       GOOD ADVICE
After installation of crackers and removal of the adaptation for compression клапанных springs put some not strong blows by a hammer on an end face of a core of the valve that crackers гарантированно were fixed in проточке a core. If the crackers established with a warp remain not fixed, at engine start-up «рассухарившийся» the valve will fail in the cylinder, having led to serious failure of the engine.

19. Similarly replace маслосъемные caps of the final valve of 1st cylinder and both valves of 4th.
20. Holding an asterisk together with a chain, turn a cranked shaft on half of turn and replace маслосъемные caps of valves of 2nd and 3rd cylinders.
21. After replacement of all caps turn a cranked shaft on half of turn and establish all earlier removed details газораспределительного the mechanism.

       THE NOTE
Nuts of fastening of the case of bearings of a camshaft tighten in the sequence shown on fig. 4.6 in subsection «Replacement of hydrosupport of levers of a drive of valves», the moment specified in enc. 1.

22. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders both all removed knots and details in sequence, return to removal.

Replacement of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft
Sign of necessity of replacement of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft is the oil leak through its edge. Thus oil is sprayed by a rotating pulley of a cranked shaft owing to what greasy there is all forward part of the engine and a motor compartment.

       GOOD ADVICE
Before to replace a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft at leak occurrence, check up cleanliness of system of ventilation crankcase the engine (Clearing of system of ventilation crankcase »see«) as in case of its contamination the elevated pressure of gases in картере causes a leak even at a serviceable epiploon.

It be required to you: keys «on 10», a special key for a nut of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft, a screw-driver, an assembly shovel, a hammer, small beards.
1. Remove protection oil crankcase and a mudguard of a motor compartment (Removal and installation of protection oil crankcase and an engine mudguard »see«).
2. Remove a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering (Check of a tension and adjustment of a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster »see«).
3. Ослабьте a nut of fastening of the generator to a tension lath and...
4.... Having moved the generator to the engine, remove a belt of its drive.

5. Turn away a nut of fastening of pulleys of a cranked shaft.

       GOOD ADVICE
If the nut is tightened very hardly, use as the extension piece of a key a pipe of suitable diameter or shift a nut hammer blows on the key handle.

6. Remove pulleys.
7. Having hooked a screw-driver, take an epiploon.
8. Grease a new epiploon with engine oil and establish it in a drive cover газораспределительного the mechanism, сориентировав a working edge in the engine.

       THE NOTE
The working edge differs spring presence.

9. Запрессуйте an epiploon in a cover, using an old epiploon in quality send.
10. Establish into place removed details and adjust a tension of belts of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering and the generator (Check and adjustment of a tension of a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster »and« Adjustment of a tension and replacement of a belt of a drive of the water pump and the generator »see«).

Replacement of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft
Sign of necessity of replacement of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft is the oil leak through its edge. Thus oil is sprayed by a rotating flywheel inside crankcase couplings and then follows outside through cracks between картером and its forward cover. At a strong leak it is possible замасливание overlays of a conducted disk of coupling and, as consequence, coupling proslipping. The same as and in case of a leak of a forward epiploon before to replace a back epiploon of a cranked shaft, check up cleanliness of system of ventilation crankcase the engine.
All tools necessary for removal of a transmission, coupling and flywheel (corresponding subsections see), and also a key «on 10», a screw-driver, a hammer be required to you.
1. Remove a transmission (section 5 "Transmission", «Removal and transmission installation» see).
2. Remove coupling (section 5 "Transmission", «Removal and coupling installation» see).
3. Remove a flywheel (Removal, installation and дефектовка a flywheel »see«).
4. Turn on two nuts of fastening of a forward cover crankcase couplings and remove it.
5. Examine an epiploon; if it has lost tightness, in its bottom part will be visible has begun to flow oils.

       GOOD ADVICE
Having taken advantage of the appeared access, necessarily check up a condition of the forward bearing of a primary shaft of a transmission. Its internal holder should rotate absolutely easily, without noise and jamming. At the slightest suspicion with malfunction replace the bearing («Replacement of the forward bearing of a primary shaft of a transmission» see).

6. Having hooked a screw-driver, take an epiploon.
7. Having greased a new epiploon with engine oil...
8.... Establish it in the holder, сориентировав with a working edge in the engine, and accurately fill a working edge on a neck of a cranked shaft.

       THE NOTE
The working edge of an epiploon differs presence of a spring and.

9. Запрессуйте an epiploon in the holder, using an old epiploon in quality send.
10. Establish a forward cover crankcase couplings and a flywheel, сориентировав it concerning a cranked shaft on a label (Removal, installation and дефектовка a flywheel »see«). On a carving of bolts of fastening of a flywheel apply a thin film hermetic and tighten bolts the moment specified in enc. 1.
11. Establish the removed knots in an order, the return to removal.

Replacement of a lining of an inlet pipe and final collector
Between flanges of a head of the block of cylinders and an inlet pipe and a final collector the general is established for a pipe and a collector the lining made of pressed asbestine sheet, reinforced by a steel. At негерметичности this lining the engine works roughly («троит») or there is a break of exhaust gases outside, accompanied by a characteristic sharp sound (a collector «сечет»). If it is not possible to eliminate malfunction a tightening of fastening of an inlet pipe and a final collector, replace a lining.
It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13» (it is desirable face), a screw-driver.
1. Remove a receiver of an inlet pipe («Replacement of a lining of a receiver» see).
2. Turn away four nuts of fastening of a reception pipe to a final collector («Replacement of a reception pipe» see).
3. Turn away a nut of fastening of the top end back распорки an inlet pipe, ослабьте fastening of its bottom end take away распорку aside.
4. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an intermediate branch pipe...
5.... ослабьте a collar of fastening of a hose of a radiator of a heater to the thermostat and...
6.... Remove a hose together with a branch pipe.
7. Turn away the top nut of fastening forward распорки an inlet pipe, ослабьте the bottom fastening распорки and take her aside.
8. Turn away the right extreme nut of fastening of an inlet pipe and the heat-shielding screen and remove the transport eye established under it.
9. Turn away the left nut of fastening of an inlet pipe and...
10.... The central nut of fastening of the heat-shielding screen of an inlet pipe.
11. Remove from hairpins and take aside a reception pipe. Turn on top right...

13.... Bottom nuts of fastening of a heat-shielding guard of a starter and...

15. Remove the heat-shielding screen of an inlet pipe.
16. Turn away other nuts of fastening of an inlet pipe and...

       THE NOTE
Pay attention: washers have the different sizes.
On the hairpins located in places of joints of a reception pipe and a final collector, washers большего are established the size.
On an average hairpin of fastening of a final collector the nut with a fixed washer as this hairpin is remote is established. At return assemblage establish this nut on a former place.

18. Having turned away all nuts of fastening, take away from a head of the block a final collector and remove an inlet pipe.
19. Remove a final collector and...
20.... A lining.
21. Establish a new lining and all removed details in sequence, return to removal.

       GOOD ADVICE
In order to avoid burning of a lining and for increase of its tightness it is recommended to grease before lining installation it from both parties a thin layer of graphitic greasing.
