4.7. Clearing of system of ventilation crankcase

GOOD ADVICE Clear ventilation system crankcase before each replacement of oil.

It be required to you: a screw-driver, a key «on 13», kerosene for washing, pure rags, capacity for washing of details.

1. Ослабьте collars of fastening of the basic hose to a cover сапуна and...	2.... An additional hose to an air branch pipe also remove hoses from cover and branch pipe unions.

3. Turn away a cover nut сапуна and...	4.... Uncover сапуна together with an additional hose and the index (щупом) oil level. Take out from a directing tube of a cover the index.

5. Wipe a rag moistened with kerosene, an internal cavity of an oil separator, without supposing kerosene hit in картер the engine.

THE NOTE The nut of fastening of an oil separator is remote without a special tubular key. If such key is not present, clear an oil separator, without removing it from the engine. If at oil separator clearing in картер the engine the kerosene considerable quantity has got, replace oil in картере.

6. Wash out kerosene hoses of system and a cover сапуна.

7. Examine a cover lining сапуна. The torn or strongly pressed out lining replace.

8. Collect system in an order, the return to dismantling.
