4.15. Replacement of hydrosupport of levers of a drive of valves

If at engine work constant knock of valves is idling listened, hydrosupport of levers of a drive are faulty. Defective hydrosupport replace.

It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», «on 17», «on 24»

1. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders («Replacement of a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders» see).

2. Check up hydrosupport for what press serially levers of a drive of valves, trying to drown плунжеры support. The effort утапливания плунжера a serviceable hydrosupport is great enough, and at faulty, on the contrary, плунжер утапливается it is easy.

3. Turning a cranked shaft, combine a label on an asterisk of a camshaft with a label (inflow) on the case of bearings of a camshaft (Check and installation of phases timing on labels »see«).

4. Drown a metal core (for example, a screw-driver) плунжер натяжителя chains...

5.... Turn out a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft (Replacement успокоителя chains of a drive of a camshaft »see«) and...

6.... Keeping плунжер натяжителя, remove an asterisk from a camshaft, without separating it with a chain.

THE PREVENTION Track, that the chain did not leave gearing with an asterisk of a shaft of a drive of the oil pump.

7. Fix an asterisk together with a chain on the engine.	8. Turn away a nut of a hairpin of fastening of the case of bearings of a camshaft, simultaneously крепящую the union of the pipeline of a supply of oil to hydrosupport, and...

9.... Remove the union from a hairpin.	10. Take the pipeline aside, accurately turning it in rubber sealing rings of racks of a stage.

11. Turn away other nuts of fastening of the case of bearings of a camshaft, remove the flat washers located under them and...	12.... Remove the case of bearings together with a camshaft from hairpins of a head of the block of cylinders.

GOOD ADVICE To facilitate return installation of the case of bearings with a camshaft, after their removal try not to turn a shaft in the case.

13. Remove the lever of a drive of the valve.	14. Turn away a hydrosupport and...

15.... Take it from apertures of a head of the block of cylinders and a stage rack.	16. Before installation of a new hydrosupport pump out from an aperture in a head of the block of cylinders the oil which has accumulated there.

THE PREVENTION If not to remove oil from an aperture of a head of the block, the hydrosupport will not manage to be turned up to the end and the valve drive will normally not work.

17. Establish the lever of a drive of the valve and a camshaft in an order, the return to removal. Nuts of fastening of the case of bearings of a camshaft tighten in the sequence shown on fig. 4.6, the moment resulted in enc. 1.

18. Drown плунжер the replaced hydrosupport as it did at check, before backlash occurrence between the lever of the valve and a camshaft cam.

19. Establish all earlier removed details in an order, the return to removal.
